CARE NOTHING FOR THE CUSTOMER!! 9/4/2009

I will NEVER shop with these poor excuses for humans again. When I bought my laptop a few years ago, I bought the protection plan and when my laptop broke this past April, they were supposed to replace it. First, one geek squad employee didn't even bother to send it off because he "was swamped and having a bad day" although he knew I was due to move to England soon and this was my only opportunity to collect it. Later, after I'd left the country, I heard various stories from various different, inexperienced people who had no idea what they were talking about and although it had been cleared that a family member would come pick it up, they refused to give it to my sister and the MANAGER even went so far as to THREATEN her with no service, saying now she would never get my laptop and that it would be junked. Eventually after causing enough of a scene in the store, she was given my laptop and they even had the nerve to offer another protection plan! Please never shop here, go to Radio Sha more

Good Location with Good Service 11/11/2005

Okay, so Best Buy had cornered the electronics market here in Tulsa, but also in many other places USA. However, at least they offer quality products and a good level of service. This location lives up to that standard. It is always nicely organized and employees are always willing to help you find your item. No complaints except that is consistently busy. more

Buy your electronics here! 9/5/2005

This place is great. The facility is huge because the store is a combo sales floor/warehouse. They will always have what you need. I went here to buy a cell phone and a video game. The greeter at the door was able to show me exactly where I needed to go, and the employees working there were very knowledgeable. They knew everything that I wanted to know about a cell phone and more. The video game guy was also able to make recommendations about that the kind of games that I like. That's customer centricity right there! I am always a satisfied customer when I go here. more

I went shopping for information one day here and I was very impressed! The employees were very helpfull and they gave me so much good information. The store is large and has a huge selection of items and service plans to choose from. The employee in the computer section really helped me out so now I just have to save up for a new computer! more

We do a lot of shopping at Best Buy! We like the service and also the bonus card. I love spending money and getting something back in return. We will continue to do business at best Buy! more

Tough returns... 7/12/2005

Every now and then when you buy a piece of electronics equipment it doesn't wokr like you wanted it too, or doesn't work at all. The most frustrating people I have ever had to return electronics is Best Buy. They have a great store with great prices, just the customer service was always acting like I was trying to pull the wool over their eyes by returning something until I would settle for Store credit over cash. They have agreat selection of music and DVD's however. PROS: Great selection for buying CONS: Hard to deal with customer service more

I LOVE THIS STORE 6/5/2005

This store has it all for the electronics lover in your life. It also has appliance for your home. They have CD's, DVD's, Video games, computers, software, TV's etc. The store is well organized and things are easy to locate. All in all I would say this store to be worth the drive from where I live, normally I would just find something closer. more
