Customer Service is slow 6/10/2005

I have had to deal with Best Buy's customer service a few times now and while it is decent, it can take quite a while to get some help. I avoid having to go there if I can. more

I love movies and games, and Best Buy has so many to choose from! I can spend hours in there just looking at all the new DVDs and games they have. The employees are helpful when I am searching for old things that are hard to find. more

Good selection 5/11/2005

Best Buy offers a good selection of electronics, movies, home theater equipment, appliances, music, video games, and more. They have it all! They have plenty of employees on hand and so we never have to wait in line very long. The employees are also helpful when it comes to giving you advice or locating things for you. They seem to know what they are talking about! more
