I've been a tenant in one of Belmont's apartments for over 3 years. Each time I've asked for something to be repaired, it's done ASAP. I left all the details about a plumbing problem on their repair hotline & it was repaired the same day! Maybe other people have had problems, but I'd give them 5 stars -- no problems -- ever. more

I have rented from Belmont Brokerage and Management for the last 10 years and have had an overall great experience with them. Ceasar has shown great customer service to me. The building I live in has been well maintained and their rent has been very reasomable, much lower than the surrounding area. They have made good choices in whom they rent to, my neighbors are very nice. I would recommend Belmont to anyone looking for an apartment. I am leaving them now because I have decided to purchase my own home but if ever I have the need to rent in the future they will be the first people I contact. more

I'm a property owner and i just wanted to say that Belmont Brokerage & Managment is by far one of the best management company. Not long ago i had a problem with a fence that was leaning over to my property and was falling apart causing exterior damage to the property, I called the office and spoke with a young man named Cesar I asked him if he was aware that there was a fence that was leaning over to my property he said ""I'm on top of it"" and the problem was solved the next day, I was very happy to know that Cesar took care of it in a timely manner. I rented a duplex from your office at Artesia and Brayton in the past. I am looking to rent another duplex that has a kitchen like the one I used to rent from you. My experience has been that the staff is rude and condescending. I have seen them laugh at customers and call customers stupid. Good luck trying to get anything fixed, even if it is a safety issue. Even if you love the apartment, it's not worth the HUGE HEADACHE!!! For me, Sonia has been a nightmare to deal with. I believe this is the worst Property Management Company I have ever come across. They truly treat ALL their tenants like dirt! They only care about the Investors who own the actual properties. So if you are a renter STAY AWAY from Belmont Brokerage and Property Management Rental properties! The staff is completely rude and frankly none of the staff there have any ethics. They'll lie to you, and then if you persue your complaint further, they will abruptly hang up on you! If you are persistant and call back, then they place you on hold for about 20 minutes, hoping you will just go away. I have never in my life dealt with so many ignorant people. They don't even know what they are talking about half the time...I truely think the City of Long Beach and the State of California needs to investigate this business (from a renters stand-point), something gives this place a really BAD stench and I recommend you rent from any other management company besides this one! Stay FAR AWAY from Belmont Brokerage and Property Management company. Trust me. Pros: THERE ARE NONE Cons: PLENTY they treat ALL their Tenants like DIRT! more
