I trust Becker Service 3/4/2012

I trust these guys because I'm never thrown a surprise. They tell me what is wrong with the car, let me know how they are going to fix it, and give me a price quote. Becker Service Center is the only place I bring my car, and has proven to me that they are one of the more reliable shops in Naperville. No issues here. more

My favorite part about bringing my vehicle to Becker Service Center beyond the high quality of work is the prices! Their costs are good and they are very fast. They've done a fine job anytime I've brought my car in to be serviced. more

Excellent professional service! 12/21/2011

I couldn't disagree more with the previous post. Working with Becker Service Center has been nothing but a positive experience for me over the past few years. Their pricing is MORE than fair and the staff is extremely competent. Their facilities are very clean. I feel totally comfortable bring my 4 year old daughter in and not having to worry about the filth! They go above and beyond for their costumers. My Jetta is the only car I own, so when I have it in the shop they always pick me up at home or work if need be. They make it soo easy to work with them. I've NEVER had an issue with Becker Service Center's professionalism, quality of work or costumer service. I highly recommend them. -Jennifer more

Beware! Dishonest, Unprofessional & Unqualified 11/5/2011

Naperville's Finest ! 9/28/2011

I have been going to Becker Service Center for 10 years. Most recently they fixed my water pump and alignment on my 1998 Toyota Camry. The personable service is excellent and the communication is spot on. One of the parts that they needed wasn't going to come in on time, so the immediately called me to let me know and then I could make other arrangements for rides. The consideration is great by Mark and the rest of the team. I think that they are the best auto service center in Naperville. Kelley M. more

Over 30 years of great auto service 9/28/2011

I moved to Naperville in 1979 and had no idea where to take my Volkswagen that had been giving me a lot of trouble. The very first time I took it to Becker Service Center Jim told me that I would just have to keep coming back again and again , and the car was not really worth fixing. Right there, that had me. He was so completely honest and upfront with the fact that my car would end up costing me more in the long run, but it also would have made him more money to not say anything and just keep fixing my car. For being a loyal customer for over 4 years i have had nothing but great experiences with Becker Service Center. I recently had my thermostat fixed and it was done right and in a very timely manner. what i like most about Becker's is that they are always very honest. we have older vehicles so they tell us exactly what needs to be fixed and nothing more. I've been a client of Becker Service Center for about 7 years now and I couldn't imagine going anywhere else. The guys are extremely nice right when you walk in for any type of service. They do OUTSTANDING WORK with every car I bring them plus it never hurts when they have AFFORDABLE PRICES for all your auto service needs! Becker Service Center = My #1 Mechanic! 4/4/2011

I've been going to Becker Service Center for a few years now and I'd absolutely 100% return back to get my car repaired again! I was referred by a friend for my initial visit and I'm so glad I listened! One aspect I love the most are those service reminders because I've got so many things bouncing around in my head I need to do it's a piece of mind to get those calls or emails for a reminder! Very Polite & Very Professional 2/14/2011

I've been taking my Honda Odyssey to Becker Service Center for a couple of years for tune ups and maintenance and I think they do a great job. They're very polite and very professional. They have a mechanic there named Dan that has gone out of his way several times to accommodate me.They definitely beat the dealerships prices everytime because I always quote it out. -Carolynn B more

Go elsewhere with your car or van 10/23/2010

I really believe this is a dishonest shop.I used them for a few years for both car and van and I really paid for my naivete.\r The service is overpriced, dubious fixes and other "surprise problems tend to surface shortly after visiting their garage".\r \r Stay away. more
