I couldn't disagree more with the previous post. Working with Becker Service Center has been nothing but a positive experience for me over the past few years. Their pricing is MORE than fair and the staff is extremely competent. Their facilities are very clean. I feel totally comfortable bring my 4 year old daughter in and not having to worry about the filth! They go above and beyond for their costumers. My Jetta is the only car I own, so when I have it in the shop they always pick me up at home or work if need be. They make it soo easy to work with them. I've NEVER had an issue with Becker Service Center's professionalism, quality of work or costumer service. I highly recommend them. -Jennifer
