Becker Service Center

I have been taking in an '03 Audi A4 and a '05 Acura MDX to Becker. I have been very happy with them. Types of work included new brakes, alignment, new tires, oil change. They may not be the cheapest, but the work they do is good. And they don't make stuff up that you don't need. more

Okay not sure about all these 1 time visitors. I have gone here for years and they have always been honest (twice told me I could wait on service another tried to say I needed) and fair. I highly reccomend! more

I am incredibly dis-pleased with their service. My car kept dying and I took it in twice over a week long period, to which they consistently said it wasn't happening to them and it was starting perfectly fine - although it died for me about 75% of the time! They claimed it needed new parts and "fixed" those, but the problem I came to get fixed didn't go anywhere. Then, right after I picked it up the second time (to which they, again, couldn't find anything) my car died in the middle of a rush hour traffic intersection and needed to be towed. Go someplace else. more

I recently went in to have a simple repair done on my vehicle, and received a call shortly afterward that it was done. I arrived to pick the car up and started it, and low and behold it wouldn't move. I went to inquire if they had any problems, and they replied that they didn't. . that they test drove the car and everything was fine with it, so somehow something else happened to my car while it was parked there between the time they test drove it and the time I tried taking it home. Right. I then told them to please see what was wrong, and they found more issues, of course. I told them that I didn't have the money to fix these issues, and they said that was fine but they're charging me $90 more because they looked at it. After I was finally able to gather the money to pay these imbeciles off, I learned that they had already gone ahead with the repairs so that I would have to pay them even if I didn't want them to do the work. I have been taking my cars for repairs to Becker's for 10 yearsthe mechanics are all qualified and I have never had to take it back again after the repair has been done. I checked other shops after repaired for price and Beckers is always right there. They use quality OE parts not the cheapest parts from the after market.I recommend them to all my neighbors and friends more

This garage is dishonest . I was in a position with my car where I needed it fixed quickly. I was shocked at the quote I was given to replace a starter of $600. This was for a simple part that was on top of the engine that other mechanics told me could be fixed for a third of what they charged me. Then, when they were asked to check for an engine light being on, I was told that the catalytic converter was bad.The part they told me was $900, and total would be $1100 to fix. My usual mechanic said it could be done for less than $400. This garage is for people who don't care about the bill. Avoid at all costs. more

I Took my BMW X5 to the dealer as it had just been out of warranty for front and rear brakes and a check engine light. They gave me an estimate of over 2100$. I took the BMW to Becker who did the brakes pads arotors and sensors for half of what BMW charged.\r They also repaired a connection to the O2 sensor that BMW wanted to replaced. I have taken my wifes car there recently and they again fixed it at half of what the dealer wanted.\r I finally found an honest shop and am recommending them to all my friends more
