I recently went in to have a simple repair done on my vehicle, and received a call shortly afterward that it was done. I arrived to pick the car up and started it, and low and behold it wouldn't move. I went to inquire if they had any problems, and they replied that they didn't. . that they test drove the car and everything was fine with it, so somehow something else happened to my car while it was parked there between the time they test drove it and the time I tried taking it home. Right. I then told them to please see what was wrong, and they found more issues, of course. I told them that I didn't have the money to fix these issues, and they said that was fine but they're charging me $90 more because they looked at it. After I was finally able to gather the money to pay these imbeciles off, I learned that they had already gone ahead with the repairs so that I would have to pay them even if I didn't want them to do the work.
