Best and easiest experience 10/25/2010

This was by far the best and easy car buying experience I have ever had in the past 25 years of buying cars. I sent over several emails and all were answered quickly. This was my first online experience. I will be making all my future purchases with this dealer. Way to go Beck and Masten North!!!!!!!! more

outstandingly accommodating 10/22/2010

We have 2 GMC vehicles that come in for regular maintenance & oil changes and when other minor boo boo's happen. My husband does not have time to deal with these kinds of daily nonsenses. So, I get to learn more about the innards of a car than I ever needed to know. Every single person that works there is outstandingly accommodating, professional AND HAPPY TO BE there! They don't turn over their people, so you have the same great people each time you are there. They take the time to explain everything they are doing, why they need to do something a particular way and how much it will cost....and then the do it and it's done and you don't have to worry about a thing. They don't tell you what you should have done or why someone else messed it up or why did you let it get to be this bad???? You get "Yes, Mrs. Smith, we will take care of that for you, no problem." It's no worries at Beck & Masten. They can do it all........ more

staff in service dept is always helpful 10/19/2010

The staff in service dept is always helpful and they work hard to make sure that your vehicle is returned to you in great condition. Wendel Williams is the master of his craft, I've dealt with many dealership's in my search for a Yukon with a camara and no one had it. Even though we found the car in California, we would have gone out of our way to purchase it from Beck & Masten all because of the comfortable feeling that we received from Wendel. I hope he stick around for our next purchase at the end of this year! more

The staff in service dept is always helpful and they work hard to make sure that your vehicle is returned to you in great condition. Wendel Williams is the master of his craft, I've dealt with many dealership's in my search for a Yukon with a camara and no one had it. Even though we found the car in California, we would have gone out of our way to purchase it from Beck & Masten all because of the comfortable feeling that we received from Wendel. wonderful!!!! took a lot of time explaining every detail of the car and included my kids in the process. While we were in the finance dept. took my oldest son to get balloons, key chains and a license plate. made it a positive experience for everyone! more

I bought my truck here and it was the best sales job ever. They did not bug me, push me into something I didn't want that was more expensive, or tell me some line of BS. The salesman did tell me to drive the V-6 (which I wanted) and the V-8 (has more power) to see which one I liked better.(I bought the V-8) Thanks for the fresh approach. Finance people pushed for more crap, but just say no. I got what I wanted. Thanks again. more

My family & I since March 2005 have purchased nine new vehicles from this dealership. We always deal with Parrish Hadley who is the internet director @ the north location. Parrish is extremely knowledgeable great to deal with no pressure what so ever. In fact it has gotten to the point as I only deal with Parrish & the great staff @ Beck & Masten North on FM 1960 W. In fact the ninth vehicle that we just bought was a 2010 GMC Acadia.on March 26, 2010. As far as I am concerned their is no other car dealer to deal with if you are interested in a new Buick or GMC or a preowned vehicle check Beck & Masten on FM 1960 first, you will not be disappointed. more
