I am writing a brief letter to offer praise to my service consultant, Enrique Landaverde. I had a poor service experience with Beck & Masten in the past. Due to the fact that I have a relative that works at Beck & Masten, I decided to give you another try. And, I am so thankful that I made that choice. Enrique was wonderful.
I emailed in a few days prior to my visit with a list of the things that needed to be done to my vehicle. I was promptly given an estimate. Four days later I brought my vehicle in to Enrique. He recognized me when I gave my name, and immediately looked up the information I had previously sent in. I asked a few questions and left.
Enrique called me about 3 hours later (just as PROMISED). He went over the issues that had been detected while my vehicle was being serviced. We added on service by phone and he gave me an estimate for some other work that needed to be done. About an hour later- my vehicle was ready to be picked up!
There was no pressure, no doing things to my vehicle that I didn’t authorize, just service with a smile. It is so hard to find that in today’s world!
I am a small business owner and therefore, I know what it is to like to have problems with employees. I also know the joy of being told “job well done”. So, I just thank you for having a great employee like Enrique. I will be bringing my vehicle back within a week to ten days to have the other recommended service things done to it. It is very hard to win back my trust once it has been broken. But, Enrique at Beck & Masten did just that! I will continue to come in as long as I can deal with him.
