SM, if you are affiliated with Beaverton Auto Upholstery Inc, you might suggest they try resolving such issues during the business relationship.\r \r You boast about this company and rant about anonymity but you do not disclose your affiliation? To borrow a phrase from Larry the cable guy, ""I don't care who you are that's funny right there"". \r \r Review note, my sad involvement with Beaverton Auto Upholstery Inc. was in regards to a marine application, recovering several cushions in my boat, project cost was over $1600. I communicated the project parameters very thoroughly to include written documentation of precisely what it was to entail. Lets just say after 3-4 months, several workmanship issues never got resolved. \r \r The very nature of your 'review', which appears to be more of a sales pitch, and the unprofessional complaining is so reminiscent of precisely what it was like trying to communicate with Beaverton Auto Upholstery Inc. \r \r Lastly, I would have prefered zero stars but one star is as low as City Search will allow.\r \r Regards.\r more

It is impossible to address complaints when they are anonymous! We guarantee all work we do here...we know our reputation keeps us in business. Unfortunately, sometimes expectations on what can be and will be done are beyond what was contracted for or even possible. With convertible tops there are times when just replacing the top doesn't fix every leak. When other issues don't want to be addressed the problems just don't go away. Lastly, if we damage a car in any way while in our custody...we fix it...period. more

I had a really bad experience with a convertible soft top . Had a water lick in the old top and after i spend $1200 parts and labor, i ended up with a scratched car and more licks with the new soft top.They scratched my car when they put the new top on (1 really deep big scratch and a few small)After the swap my car had even more water in. more

Not the best experience at this place. Things could have turned out a lot better. Lots of excuses. Will do more research next time. more
