It is impossible to address complaints when they are anonymous! We guarantee all work we do here...we know our reputation keeps us in business. Unfortunately, sometimes expectations on what can be and will be done are beyond what was contracted for or even possible. With convertible tops there are times when just replacing the top doesn't fix every leak. When other issues don't want to be addressed the problems just don't go away. Lastly, if we damage a car in any way while in our custody...we fix it...period.
