Fortunate 8/1/2011

I was driving home from the store and unfortunately my tired was flat. Luckily there was a tire place near that area, which was called Baum Boulevard Automotive. I took it in and they were able to take me right away, which was very nice. The staffs were very friendly and courteous. I couldn't ask for better. Thanks again Baum Automotive! more

Happy with service 7/29/2011

I had a perfectly good experience at Baum Blvd. I think that the reviewers hit the nail on the head. My family has been going to these guys for about 7 or 8 years now.quality service, they fix what is actually broken instead of throwing parts at your car or truck, knowledgeable and always a good price. I guess not every experience is always going to be what one would hope for, but mine was. more

Trustworthy, professional and friendly!! I've taken my Audi here for many years and my Nissan Sentra before that. My ignorance with all things automotive is pretty complete, so it's incredibly refreshing to be able to trust what they tell me. I'm a serious superfan of Baum Blvd! more

I've taken my BMW here to get some work done and the staff is very polite and friendly. I'm usually lost when it comes to car problems but Baum Blvd is kind and explain everything to me. And they answer my questions nicely! They're just all around awesome :) more

I needed my car fixed fast in time to leave town for the weekend and Baum Blvd Automotive was more than accommodating, they finished the repairs the same day I brought them in! Baum Blvd was friendly and nice. They also kept me updated with what was wrong and how much it would cost. I truly appreciate all the hard work they put in! more

He explained the repairs that were being made until I understood, explained why he does repairs the way he does them (better for the car, cheaper labor, better for a longer period of time, etc.) He always answers emails and phone calls, and is never so busy that I have to wait too long to get into the shop. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend friends, family and coworkers to Baum Boulevard Automotive! more

The most important thing for me is that the pricing is very fair. Many auto shops and dealers will try to make an extra penny out of anyone. On top of great pricing the people were super nice. Definitely coming here again. more

Every time I have come in they have been so kind and fully explained everything going on with my car to me. They call and asked me about anything extra they wanted/needed to do and never were false about pricing or services. Always fair and courteous. I have continuously brought my car back to them and will as long as I am in Pittsburgh. more
