How could I not provide feedback when yesterday's pickup of my car once again showed why I will not take my cars anywhere else?
In addition to a 70,000 mile maintenance, the brakes were squeaking. When Chuck and the guys realized that there was a slight incompatibility in the brake materials they had installed last Fall, they went ahead and replaced the entire brake sets, front and back with full warranty. Only when I went to pay was I told of this.
AFTER THEY HAD FOUND IT, FIXED IT AND OWNED IT!
As efficient and busy as they are, I almost do not want to post this so that they are not overwhelmed by how many car owners should be taking their vehicles to them.
Almost.....but there you have it anyway.
Integrity and excellence should not be kept a secret.
