I have never witnessed a crew that can consistently screw up a coffee like this location can...\r
If you are lucky enough to have someone who speaks english serve your coffee, chances are they'll ask for you order twice and still mess it up - even if it's just coffee with cream. Some days I feel like I should just ask one of the jelly donuts on display to make my order, because it would probably come out better than their human counterparts. Since opening, this location has been complete chaos and lacks a simple line to keep the people ordering in a cue. Instead, eight people work behind the counter without the slightest bit of organization and people just crowd around, so it makes them even more confused. I've wondered how this owner can keep his franchise because despite raising prices over and over again (I think Starbucks may be less expensive) the disorder at this location is mind boggling. \r

The one out of ten times that they get it right, does make me appreciate DD's coffee over Starbucks ulcer inducing bitter blends. The service at Starbucks is so much better though (goes to show that health insurance can help lure better employees).
