Horrible experience here - they ruined 2 expensive shirts and wound up NEVER accepting responsibility for it and had some analysis done by a lab - there were burn marks all over my shirts - they accused me of doing the damage and were soo rude !!! I want to save anyone from having to go through the experience I went through !!! Not to mention after having this experience 4 people I work with knew of someone or had this done to them !! more

Consistent service 8/16/2008

I've been using this dry cleaners for years. I've had mostly good results. I had a couple of dresses that came back with dry cleaning fluid stains on them but otherwise no problems. I've also used them for alterations with good results. Whenever I've left pins on my suits they always made sure they were returned to me. I really appreciate that! more
