I've been using this dry cleaners for years. I've had mostly good results. I had a couple of dresses that came back with dry cleaning fluid stains on them but otherwise no problems. I've also used them for alterations with good results. Whenever I've left pins on my suits they always made sure they were returned to me. I really appreciate that!
