Another good store... 11/2/2005

...suffering from becoming a Starbucks chain, so to speak. It's like the concentration is no longer on being a good bookstore and is now more on becoming the best college hangout, with staff more concerned about cappuchinos than books. I stopped going there a while ago, especially considering how expensive the books are! more

Good selection, but hard to find help. 7/21/2005

I have the hardest time finding the sections I am looking for when I go into a Barnes and Noble. I have never had a sales rep or customer service rep walk up to me and ask if they can help me. They always have the book I am looking for though, so I am pleased with that. I think if the sections were marked better or the employees were more available I would have a better experience. more
