THE OFFICE IS TOO BUSY TO HELP YOU WITH ANYTHING. IF YOU HAVE A QUESTION FOR THEM THEY MAKE YOU FEEL LIKE YOUR BOTHERING THEM. ISNT THAT WHY YOU GO TO THE DR? THE WAIT IS RIDICULO...

Pros:\r -Once you finally get the scheduler on the phone they can usually see you within a day or 2.\r -They can do labs on site\r -They can do x-rays on site.\r -The waiting room is pretty.\r \r Cons:\r -Long waits\r -I don't even think the Dr works there or oversees anything\r -You can only see a nurse practitioner, I don't think they are very thorough and I wouldn't trust them with any kind of serious illness or condition. \r -Once you get to see the nurse it's generally very rushed.\r -I would only have them as a PCP if you just need someone to give you antibiotics when you are sick. \r -They don't accept credit cards (cash or check only) more

This office and Dr. is wonderful. I do not know where the people that do not like him have gone, but he has been my Dr for about 15 years and I have never had a problem. His staff is always courteous and pleasant to me. All of the Nurse Practitioners are wonderful. more

Run Away from this Doc's office! 5/3/2012

1. Doctor is NEVER available 2. Patient constantly told doc is not available 3. Constantly referred to PA 4. Doctor's quick let's just push pills attitude 5. Doctor over medicates!!!! $$$$ for him in his pockets 6. Office Staff is Rude Office is nice with the marble and granite but if I wanted that I could just stay home and diagnose myself! more

My husband and I have been going to Dr. Barbarite for nearly 10 years. i absolutely love him and his staff. Is his office busy? Ah, yeah, but so are all GOOD DOCTORS.. Think about it. I enjoy Dr ""B's"" wit and sense of humor as well as his care and concern for his people. Yes, I have waited 2 hours in his office to see him. (Can he help it if an emergency happens and he is called out?) I have always been able to be seen within a few hours of calling in. If you want a doctor who is truly caring, Dr. ""B"" is for you. more

GREAT! 5/24/2010

Dr. Barbarite is by far the best doctor that I have ever seen. He is great at figuring out exactly what is going on with me, he asks questions, expresses concerns, and is never hesitant to be truthful with me. His staff is friendly and wonderful. Although it is sometimes hard to get through on the phone lines its not a huge inconvenience to me. I have never had to wait more than 10 minutes past my scheduled appointment time which, as most people know, hard to come by with doctors. Dr. Barbarite is in short, terrific. Pros: Great bed side manner! Friendly staff! Cons: Long hold times and hard to get through on the phone. more

the absolute worst experience of my life 2/26/2010

when you enter the office everyone is extremely rude and not accomodating at all. you would think in a country where you had to pay for your medical care you would be treated with dignity and respect, but hey thats the staff, when you talk about the doctor himself well he is always late and has a crappy attitude, wow really? i am paying for your car, boat and house with my illnesses. i really would not reccomend this place to anyone even if they had the cure for aids because they would probably give you motrin and say its all good. well in closing i hope this type of shoddy coustomer service and substandard treatment of paying coustomers ends in a big fat lawsuit. hey i could use a free car too. Dr. Barbarite is the BEST!!! 1/13/2009

Dr. Barbarite has a great bedside manner. He is smart, friendly, caring, and funny. It is frustrating when calling the office and being placed on hold several minutes, or having to wait a long time in the front office to be seen, but he is WORTH it! I moved a half hour away and travel to see him. He and his staff try their best to meet your needs. They have filled prescriptions over the phone for me, and got me in to see the doctor on short notice. They take most insurance, and I truly believe Dr. Barbarite has a passion for medicine and his patients. He always tells me about a current study or new medicine. My only reservation recommending him is the office my get busier! more

If you like being yelled at this is the place for you 12/19/2008

If you are in a mood for do-it yourself medicine, an abusive staff, being yelled at and an incorrect diagnosis this is the doctor's office for you, (however keep in mind you usually see a Physicians Assistant, NOT THE PHYSICIAN. . If you like inaccurate precriptions that can not be filled by the pharmacy usually with this first attempt, again you have the right office. When you call to get the medication corrected after hours, the option for the call back number was not engaged, so there is another day wait and then you get more abuse by the staff when you call back. And last but not least, if you attempt to get your medical records, be prepared for a long wait and incomplete medical records. more

Horrible service from front/back office 4/8/2008

Dr. Barbarite is a wonderful doctor but his back office or front reception is the worst. They are extremely rude, rushed and seem to not care about anyone. If you call and the phones are busy, they tell you ""call back the phones are very busy right now"". That is no way for a doctors office to be run. I will get my test results and then find another primary care physician. Will NEVER recommend his office to anyone in the future. On that note, I cannot give this office even a 1 star rating.. more

From a long-time patient 12/6/2006

Dr. B is amiable, bright and knowledgeable (and rushed). The staff is always in a frenzy, and the office is difficult to reach by phone. Faxes from pharmacists are often ignored. Expect longer-than-planned waits in the crowded waiting room. more
