Noted as the tallest building in Seattle, about 76 stories. While the smallish observation area itself wasn't really designed to be one (unlike, say, the Space Needle's), more like a set of empty offices, the views are undeniable. There's pretty much nothing you can't see in any direction, and particularly for looking down around the downtown area itself, its location beats the Space Needle. On a clear day you'll no problem seeing the Olympics, Cascades, Rainier, etc.
