""My boyfriend and I rescued 3 very tiny baby kitties, extremely malnourished and 2 were already dead in the litter. We lost two the first couple of days of trying to get them to eat kitten formula, the one surviving kitty was thriving, doing great, up until the fifth day, I took her into Banfield, (1st time at a Banfield) and they were all so friendly and helpful, they even gave me a follow up call to see how my little """"Seger"""" was doing the next day. My kitty is not completely out of the woods yet, but there is no more blood in her stool thanks to the medicine Dr. Lee prescribed, I am keeping a close eye on her, and they told me to plz call keep them in the loop, the staff was very concerned for my kitty, she is so little (3wks old), they want to hear from me no matter what, good or bad, I told them I had a home for her, but just needed to get her healthy, I did not want to lose a third kitten, they said """"how are you ever going to be able to give her up after all this""""? Truth is I don't know if I will but I will cross that road once she's healthy and strong. They were wonderful to us and I will undoubtedly go back, especially if Seger becomes part of our family after all!!! \r
Everyone was so friendly and very interested in our dog Izzy, they were so knowledgeable about her breed. We felt totally comfortable with the staff .They went out of there way to answer questions and explain everything to us.""\r
