These guys are good. They moved us in less time than estimated and dis/reassembled a huge piece of furniture for us. I found them via Google, which made me nervous (as I try to get personal referrals for most people I use for services like this), but Baltimore Local & Long Distance Moving Company exceeded all expectations, would hire them again in a heartbeat. more

Excellent moving service 7/29/2011

They do a great job, are reasonably priced, and are just all around good guys. I recently moved up from DC and wanted a NY-based mover. I found Baltimore MD Movers on Google and could not have been happier with the move. Seriously-- use them. more

Reliable, affordable, careful and prompt moving service 7/18/2011

Couldn't have asked for better movers. As a single girl, I felt completely comfortable with these guys coming into my apartment and moving my stuff. They were careful and efficient, not dragging out the process like many others do! I was referred to Baltimore MD Movers by a colleague of mine who had an equally good experience with them. more

Excellent move! 7/12/2011

Baltimore MD Movers was fantastic. The guys were very careful with my stuff, worked quickly, and were fun to be around. Their pricing is extremely fair. They only charge you for the time they take to move you, not for transit time before the move starts. There were no hidden fees at all. Highly recommend. more

The only movers I trust! 6/7/2011

We moved a rather cluttered five bedroom home in a day. The Baltimore MD Movers guys protected the floors at both homes, and just kept going until it was done. I can't say enough about them. Moving based on hourly rate, with Baltimore MD Movers, is the best decision we've made with the new house. more

Efficient movers 2/10/2011

Our experience with Baltimore MD Movers was actually very satisfactory. I'm a software manager so moving is definately not something I look forward to. Lugging boxes and furniture is better off left to the professionals. I spoke with Andy on the phone and assessed my moving needs with professionalism. The crew was presentable and worked effectively and with quickness. We did have potted plants that needed to go and one of the clay pots ended up cracking. We were reimbursed for the pot with no questions asked. A friend of ours will be moving within the next month and we have already recommended this company. more

Well worth the money! 1/22/2011

I moved this past weekend and these from Baltimore MD Movers guys were fantastic! I had a short move - only from the Owings Mills to Baltimore - but these guys were fast and efficient. I have a 2 BR apartment, and the whole move took less than four hours. The guys are courteous, professional, and reasonably priced. I am already recommending them to friends who intend on moving later in the summer. more

Best moving service in Baltimore, MD 12/13/2010

The team came to move me out of our 2 bedroom condo into the downtown area. They were super fast which was amazing because I had the elevator booked for only 2 hours. They were finished and out of the condo in about an hour. I also had a storage full of furniture and boxes that needed to be moved. They moved that in less than an hour as well. They were so polite and extremely professional. If I ever need to move again, I will not dread it for they made this a very pleasant day. I recommend them to all my friends and family. more

Affordable and personable movers! Professionals! 12/11/2010

My boss asked me to hire a moving company that was affordable and could move our office a couple of blocks up to our new location, just in the center of the city. I was really terrified that the move would take a really long time and that we would be charged more money towards the end, since this is how most moving companies usually operate. To my delight, Baltimore MD Movers moved our office in less that 4 hours, very efficiently and charged the same price as quoted. My boss was so happy with me that I received a small bonus for all my troubles. Guys, thanks a bunch for helping me keep my job! more

I was very pleased with Baltimore MD Movers 12/11/2010

I was very pleased with Baltimore MD movers. Cole and his team (2 other guys) showed up at 8am (they were expected between 8 & 8:30), we signed the contract by 8:15 and they started to load up our things. They were incredibly fast and amazing with getting our furniture out of the house. They had to take the front door off to get our couch out to the truck! Everything was loaded in an hours time (we had a 3 bedroom townhouse), driven to our new house (30 minutes away) and unloaded well within the 4 hour minimum timeline. They are good workers and I have no complaints at all. All of our belongings arrived safely and unbroken and if we have to move again I will definitely call them! Tip them big, they deserve it!! Moving is hard! more

Professional movers. Thank you, Baltimore MD Movers 12/8/2010

My parents and I made a deal that if I went to school in Baltimore and didn’t move too far from home, they would rent me an apartment all to myself. I was so scared when the day finally came. My parents hired Baltimore MD Movers to transport all of my belongings and newly purchased IKEA furniture. I was terrified about having to assemble everything and my boyfriend was still on vacation with his parents. I was ecstatic when after they moved all my things from my parents to my new apartment, they started assembling my IKEA furniture. The whole move took only 7 hours and I still had time to go out and celebrate with friends. I would recommend Baltimore MD Movers for and young adults ready to make their own moves. more

Nice! 12/6/2010

Baltimore MD Movers were able to come last minute when my hired moving company failed to arrive! I was so upset at the whole situation. The guys at Baltimore MD Movers are absolutely awesome! Not only did they come last minute and transport all of my stuff in a careful manner, they also charged me a lower price than the other company had quoted. I am so pleased with how everything turned out. I would recommend them to anyone. more

I would like to thank first and foremost, the 3 movers that were sent to move my belongings, Igor, Keith and Anatoliy! What an amazing team. They worked so quickly, seeing that nothing would be damaged In this often stressful situation. I have never had movers that were so polite, efficient, fast and truly cared for me to be as stress-free as possible. more
