Perfect balloon bouquet! 8/16/2011

I called Balloon Express to order a balloon bouquet for my three-year-old nephew, to be delivered the next day. The balloons were a big hit!! My nephew received a bouquet of five mylar balloons-- one Thomas the Train, one Bob the Builder, a smiley face, a congratulations, and a red star. He is beyond thrilled, and said he has never had such pretty balloons! The balloons also were delivered on time, and I thought it was a good value for the price. Great job, Balloon Express!! more

WONDERFUL 12/17/2009

I placed an order with Balloon Express, I got everything I needed and they did a spectacular job. Beautiful balloons, with all the fixins. Tom was so friendly and courteous and he went out of his way to help me with everything I needed. It all went perfect. Also there balloons are big and colorful. It was the best I had ever seen. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE 9/3/2009

I called looking for a quote on helium tank rental for an event and didn't know the exact amount of balloons. Since I didn't know the exact number of balloons I asked for the average size tank and number of balloons it fills. I was given a quote but was told that they would NOT rent the tank to me. Then he hung up on me. I called back and was hung up on again. more
