Bajon Salon

Ive been searching for a salon since I moved here last July. I have tried many salons and was not impressed. when I visited Bajon Salon I knew right away I LOVED it! My experience from the smile and coffee I got walking in to the menu with coupon in it walking out was extra special. I was having a stressful week and had to pack for vacation. My pedicure is just what I needed and it was sooo relaxing!! Thanks Michelle ill be back! more

When I moved to Cincinnati from New York, I didn't know where to go and who to trust my hair to. I looked on Citysearch and found Bajon. Although the person that used to cut my hair is no longer there, I continued to go back and couldn't have been happier with my new stylist, Michelle. They use great styling products and offer many services in one area. I couldn't be happier every time I leave Bajon Salon! more

I had visited the Bajon Salon had the hairstylist was Lisa B. She was great and made me feel so welcome. She had suggested many different ideas to me about how to wear my hair and suggested a different color would enhance my facial features. I was so pleased with the outcome. She was great and my haircut was the best. I have had so many complaments on how nice it looks and would suggest Lisa B and the salon to anyone and everyone, I meet. Thanks Lisa. My 17 year old son was growing his hair out. It was out of control. Karen cut and thinned his hair. We were both happy with the cut. We now go to Bajon every time he needs his hair cut. He refuses to go anywhere else. Pros: Great Service more

I have lived in Cincinnati my entire life and tried many different salons. Bajon Salon is by far the best. It has a relaxed, tasteful atmosphere, nice music, friendly designers who constantly offer me something to drink, and it has a convenient location. The thing I love most, and obviously the reason I go there, is the way my hair performs. I love the way my hair looks now. It is really easy to style and looks better than it has in years! Lisa B. cut and highlighted my hair and did a great job!!! She is a level 1 because she is new at this but WOW is she naturally good. Better enjoy the price while you can because she won't be a level 1 for long! Pros: Great Value more

This was my first time visiting Bajon Salon, and I had THE BEST service I have ever received at a salon!!! A friend told me about Bajon and the positive experience she had there. I received special attention from the time I walk in until the time I walked out. Lisa helped me find a new haircut style that made me look great. Not only was Lisa one of the nicest people I have ever met but everyone else in the salon treated me with the utmost respect and dignity. I WOULD RECOMMEND Bajon salon to anyone. Anyone who is looking for an exclusive upscale salon that will make you feel like a celebrity with their service and style needs to go to BAJON salon. I would recommend Bajon to anyone. I'm in front of clients and need to look good (or at least as good as I can). As a guy, I feel kind of funny having a 'stylist' cut my hair vs. a barber, but the prices are good, the service is great, and I get a super haircut every time. Kristen has been cutting my hair for a while now and I've never looked better. She's great, easy to talk to and always listens to me. Everyone else there seems really friendly too. more

I have been going to Bajon Salon for a while now and I love it!!! I dont know what these people are complaining about, I have never had a better experience.....ever! I have had many manicures, pedicures and massages. The pedicures are amazing. You get to be in a private room and be totally relaxed. The massages are wonderful. (especially the hot rocks they use...WOW!!) Jamie is the best hair designer I have ever seen. She always does my cut and color, and I just love talking with her. I would reccomend Bajon to anyone who asked and I will continue to be a client of Jamies and Bajon forever!! Pros: Well educated staff, friendly people Cons: NONE!!! more

I looked Bajon Salon up because I was looking for that something special...great customer service, a good atmosphere, and hair people who would listen to what I want and have no problem replicating it; which I think that a salon that has the best reputation should have no problem doing. With Bajon Salon that was not the case! A little information on myself...I am 20 years old, HAD mid back length natural red hair, and knew what I wanted. I wanted a trim, layers, and thin golden blond highlights. I told my hair stylist that for some odd reason the front of my hair does not take to color well and that she should use bleach. However it wasn't until she pulled the foils out and blowdried my hair that she said to me..."Oh, I guess you were right...the color didn't even show up at all." Well, to fix the mistake she put foils back in my hair with bleach this time, but she only put a couple in and only in the front. To give you an idea of the out come, FOUR HOURS LATER my hair was cut short to my shoulders, I had the choppiest (if that's even a word) looking bangs, and BLEACHED BLOND chunk highlights located only in the front of my head. My hair stylist tried to sell me some products after earlier I repeatedly told her that I use professional products and she agreed that they were good products. When I went to go pay and leave the receptionist tried to charge me for the products. Doing so, they messed up my first transaction, and then they had to ?re-run? my credit card?in their case they wanted to write down all of my credit card information and try charging it tomorrow; which I was not comfortable with and just wrote them a check instead. So, why would I recommend someone to go to a place that does not listen to the customer's wishes and are unable to replicate their hair demands? I won't! I intensely dislike having my hair cut so short that my neck is exposed and the hair line needs to be shaved. On my first visit to Bajon Salon I made a point of explaining this to the stylist. She seemed to understand. But when the cut was done and I put my glasses back on so I could see it I found that I basically had no hair left on the back of my head. I'm fat, and this chopped off hair and completely exposed neck makes me look even uglier. It's one of the worst cuts I've ever had. It's going to take 4-6 months for my hair to recover from this. Don't waste your money, you can get a terrible cut at one of the discount chain salons for a lot less! Pros: none Cons: no better than any other place, they don't listen to what you say more

I have been going to bajon for a little over a year and have been to both Heather and Jamie. I have to admit that I am a last minute person and always call when Im desperate. The staff at the front desk are very accomidating to me and my schedule. I have not had one bad hair experience with any of the girls I have seen. The are all wonderful and sweet too!! I would reccomend Bajon to anyone and will continue to be client forever. more

If you want a Great profession hair cut, this is the place. If you want a cheap $11 hair cut, go elsewhere. Pros: Caters to the custome, always treated great more

I went to Bajon at the suggestion of my VERY particular sister. Karen gave a very thoughtful, professional consultation before coloring & cutting my hair. They were incredibly accomodating as I rudely worked thru my appt. I was planning a large fundraiser & calls were coming in every 5 minutes. I left embarrassed but incredibly pleased w my new style. Much to my surprise, Karen called me at home that nite to offer the salon's support. I was shocked not only b/c I didn't even try to 'shake them down' but their contribution was phenominal & they asked NOTHING in return. That was 3 yrs ago and they have continued to support this charity along w many others. Their commitment to being the best in their profession is matched only by their heartfelt commitment to this community. Excellent service, knowledgeable staff, great color and cuts, atmosphere is relaxing and all of the staff are very nice and will do everything to make you look and feel great. You get a glamorous look without the price of the very high prices of the more commercialized salons in town. Karen is great. Check her out!!! I have always dreaded spending 2 + hours at previous salons just to get a cut and highlight that was less than satisfactory. I was in a pinch and my husband (yes, my husband) recommended I try Bajon. I called in, explained how particular I am and how dissatisfied I had been in the past, and they scheduled me that day with Brandy (The one time I was glad someone was ill). Not only does the time fly by due to the fun we have, but Brandy has exceeded my expectations!! I now look forward to getting my cut and hightlight!! If she ever moves back to Chicago..... Thank you Karen for all that you have done to make me feel better about my thin and fine hair. In my profession I need to look polished all of the time and I didn't know what to do with my hair as it wouldn't hold a style and flat just didn't look good on me. With the state of the art technology in hair products I have a great and managable look. It is state of the art but not out of my range financially. I'm not paying any more than I did before. I just found the right products and the right salon and most importantly the right stylist. Keep me booked! My hair never looked better! I had been going to the same girl for a while to get my hair done and loved her but she was retiring this winter. I didnt know what to do. Some of my colleagues had been to Bajon Salon but I was a little skepticle about going somewhere new, but I did and am so glad I did. Karen is who I saw, and WOW! The way she had hi-lited my hair was perfect she listened to everything I wanted done. I didnt want it to look like I got my hair done and it didn't. It looked so natural. And I told her I wanted to grow it out and all she did was give me a dusting, thats what she called it. She cut it but there wasn't even any hair on the ground. Thats how little she took off.
