I was reluctant to pay you guys the amount of money that I did, which is why I'm actually writing this. My expectations for this service were extremely high, due to the fact that I just didn't have a lot (any) of extra money to pay for this type of service.I know that you can't always make everyone happy, but I did my research on you guys and found that not everyone has walked away as a happy client. I know that when you deal with a lot of people though that this happens.
Well to make a story short, you were exeptional. Writing this, I'm hoping will help your company out. This is my sincere form of a thank you for all you've done for me. I was so nervous before we finished up because the IRS kept taking money out of my paychecks. Now that we're done I can sleep much better at night. The service that you provided to me was excellent. I really appreciate how you kept in touch with me throughout and helped me and my family resolve our issues.
