Perfect Lunch for Ladies 5/31/2007

I think the Back Porch is wonderful. They have the best soups and the chicken avocado croissant and raspberry tea is to die for! I would agree that it is a bit frilly and caters to women and even more so to older women. It is still my favorite place to meet up with my female family members for lunch. I have taken my husband out to lunch there and he was not nearly as excited. more

Frilly Tea room 11/13/2005

Okay, so my wife made me go here once, and I have to say that even though I wouldn't mind doing the frilly lunch every now and then, I really didn't enjoy this place at all. Yes, it is a frilly little tea room that serves and such. Pretty much anything you could order there you could make yourself at home and it would taste just as good, so this place is overpriced with a limited selection. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. more
