I absolutely love Awaken Pilates. The instructors are incredibly knowledgable and friendly - I leave every class feeling stronger and better than when I arrived, no matter how exhausted I am! The atmosphere is welcoming and every class (no matter what type or who is teaching) has been totally worthwhile! more

Fun Fitness with Flair 2/3/2011

At Awaken pilates you will find dedicated, insightful instruction in pilates, gyrotonic, TRX and a variety of other core strengthening activities. The owners' passion for what they do is infectious. One on one's are a guaranteed growth experience, classes are effective and fun. more

Refreshing...Challenging 7/30/2006

Awaken has an intimate studio with fresh green walls...high ceilings and GREAT one-on-one attention. Each class I have attended did not exceed more than eight people so the instructor is able to help you with your form. I have Pilates and dance experience and I have to say....the instructors are unbelieveable! I would go as far as rating this the best Pilates studio in Minneapolis! Pros: Ambiance, Expertise more
