These guys are amazing and they do great work. I do not know where all this negativity is coming from, the order took a tiny bit longer than expected but that is just because they wanted to go through quality checks and make sure that everything was 100% solid. I bought a Diamond Cuban Chain and it was well worth the wait and the money. These guys are the best at what they do, no other jewelers even compare and yeah you do have to be persistent to get a hold of them but that is because they have so many high profile clients that they are working with and a ton more people that are more than willing to put the money forward to get some real jewelry and not some fake stuff from some of these other people. Chris was amazing and he went above and beyond to make everything a solid experience. I am forever grateful for this piece and feel better wearing it! The next time I buy any jewelry that is actually worth something I am going through these guys and I am willing to wait. If you want to go somewhere and get some cubic zirconia or some hollowed out 10kt chains with included diamonds yeah they can do that but that is not where they specialize. If you want to buy a piece that you plan on holding onto for the rest of your life that is when you call up these guys! Aaron more

BUYER BEWARE!! This business is not accredited by the BBB and has a C rating. After the bad experience my husband and I had, I can see why. I just wish we would have read the bad reviews before spending almost $8,000.00 there. 1st tip, do not go through Affirm or pay cash because you might not even get what you paid for, at least with a credit card you can dispute the charges when you don't receive your item. Initially my husbands ring was canceled without any reason or contact from Avianne after it was already paid for through Affirm. Getting ahold of them to clarify the canceled purchase and why they still took my money was a nightmare since they NEVER answer the phone, call you back or respond to an email. Luckily I was able to get my husbands ring delivered still and after reading reviews, I'm lucky I received it at all! We also picked out my engagement ring on the website, paid through affirm then heard nothing. When my husband was able to finally reach someone, we were told they no longer carry that style (yet it's still on their website to this day!) and that another style would be made and sent after approval from photos, etc. We received 1 email with a picture of the shell of the ring and no diamonds. This was the only email we received before they mailed us the ring without any final approval. Once the ring was received, the appraisal was for the ring we originally ordered and not the one we received, it was not sized correctly (too big) and the center stone was to be quality enhanced when clearly it was not. We attempted to contact them multiple times to at least get the right appraisal with no return correspondence other then 1 time stating it would be sent out immediately which it was not. **I HAVE WORN MY RING UNDER 1 MONTH AND A STONE HAS ALREADY FALLEN OUT!!!!! MY HUSBANDS BLACK RHODIUM PLATED DIAMOND RING STARTED LOOSING THE BLACK PLATING EXPOSING THE STERLING SILVER UNDERNEATH AFTER ONLY 8 DAYS OF GENTLE WEAR!!!!! I called Avianne to ask some questions about something I was interested in. Their phone wasn't answered for several minutes. The man who answered did not identify himself or the company. He sounded snarky, and I decided right then that I would have nothing to do with this company. more

They really deserve zero stars. I hope that this will sway your thought processes when thinking of where to get your jewelry from. Yes I read the other reviews, but I thought that they were someone being cheap or just like to complain, oh was I wrong!! I bought a custom diamond bracelet for $19,000.... Yes you read correct $19,000 for my 34th birthday. I searched everywhere for what I wanted and settled with Avianne. I reached out to Brian. He was super professional and responsive. I told him what I wanted and because of the price I went with black diamonds on the sides of the bracelet. I didn't know how it would look so he said he would do one link and send pictures and totally keep me updated with every step so I could decide if I wanted white diamonds. He sent an invoice. This was in the middle of feb. I thought that was very steep, but hey I wanted it, I never spoil myself I make very good money so within 3 weeks it was paid in full. It was promised to me within the month, that came and went no big deal. I got it 4/3 and sent it right back to them 4/4/19. I was shocked. Not only did it look cheap the clasps did not work and if fell off of me 3 times. I told them immediately, sent a video, and they said they would fix it. I also hated the black diamonds and told them whatever the price was I wanted all white since I never received the requested pics EVERY TIME I SENT AN EMAIL! My birthday party was 4/20/19. That also came and went. I took them 2 months just to tell me it would be an additional $7,000 to remake it with all white. Brian was not responsive, but always polite and calmed me down each time we spoke. By this time (May 29th) I was so furious and just wanted the bracelet even if I hated it. They sent me a tracking number and it sat there for 2 weeks before it was sent. When I called they lied saying "Oh it was picked up, but I will contact Fedex and get back to you". I called FedEx and they confirmed it was never sent. I still have yet to receive something I paid $19,000 for... Would you be upset?? more

Terrible! i am getting married without a wedding band. I chose this company after looking at all the shipping details and they made it very clear that it would be 7 day business processing and 2 day shipping unless your item was out of stock, none of which my product was nor was i notified it it has now been over a month, and i've been lied to and issued a tracking number on a product that never shipped. i have emails that state they planned to shipped at the end of the week over 2 weeks ago. I called customer service and i get the run around the ring is being dipped, its needs to cure.. blah blah! I spoke to Brian and he assured me i would have my ring in hand after stressing i get married this weekend! he told me personally to relax, and it would be in my hand no later then Tuesday morning over night to me.. killer part is on Tuesday they never even shipped the ring! I have saved all my emails and Screen shots of the .. tracking just in case they want to call me a liar! i'm willing to prove it! DONT NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!! they also will not allow you to call their business line with a blocked number, i tried. i tried because i have called all day! Literally all day and i will have my service provider show proof of that too. They have not answered any of my calls, i'm starting to think they screen their calls, knowing i am an UPSET BRIDE! getting married without a ring! The most upsetting part is i'm having to write such a negative review when i should be at my happiest and i am completely heart broken. more

Didn't have the ring I found on their site, or the one I wanted instead of that, even though they had both items still posted for sale on the site. But, they were quick to handle the situation and discount a nice replacement for me. I got it quickly and it's great! more

If the had a 0 I'd definitely give it to them. Wedding ring is the worse custom ring I've ever seen in my time. Unfortunately my wife doesn't know jewelry as well as I do and was fooled into spending an outrageous amount of money for this crap. I would advise to stay far away from this company but that's just my opinion. Good luck!!! more

Ordered online, was a bit nervous. Everything went through quite well. I got every thing packaged neatly and in order. It came with a certificate and papers. So it was generally a good purchase. I will buy a bracelet to match my necklace for sure! more

I live pretty close to the Diamond District in Midtown East. Was in the market for a watch so naturally I hit google. I discovered these guys pretty quick and was really impressed with their website. Since I love to buy valuable items in person I was relieved to see that I could just take a 15 minute walk over to their shop. They had loads of watches in stock and I even managed to negotiate the price of what I bought. What I loved the most is right when I walked in I saw a huge wall of celebrity photos. That right there instantly validated these guys for me. If these multi-multi-mullionaires in show business, like Nicki MInaj buy from Avianne's then they must be top draw. I walked in this place just window shopping in the Diamond District and I ended up picking up one of their signature men's diamond watches. Eliot was really easy going, he didn't push me on the sale. He just calmly showed me the options in my budget and explained the key differences within the pricing. Now when I am driving around my town I can blind the opposite side of traffic with this shiny beast! haha more

OMG! I love the custom diamond ring that I bought myself for my birthday from them online! They upgraded me to overnight shipping because I was going to Europe in a few days. The customer service was beyond friendly. I think I will have to pick something up from them soon for my girlfriend for our anniversary coming up. more

I bought something online from them and couldn't be more disappointed. After waiting over a month to receive the earrings, I was shocked at how small they actually were and after wearing them a few times I am already missing a diamond! So not only do I have earrings that are extremely small but now I have earrings with a black hole from the missing diamond. This was not worth my time or money!!!!! Very disappointed... more

I found out about this store online and had to check it out for myself. I came down with my wife to pick out a gift for our anniversary and it was incredible! There were so many beautiful rings and necklaces in stock for us to choose from and an unbelievable collection of custom pieces they made for celebrities. Kevin, the salesman that worked with us, was super helpful and gave us 30% off our entire purchase. Definitely coming back with my son when he decides to pop the question! more

Some of the best jewelers I've ever had the pleasure of doing business with! I picked up a pendant for my sister's birthday a few months back. After looking through their massive selection online, I called and spoke with Jason and Danny about the pieces I was interested in. Since I live in the city, they told me to come down to the shop to see all of their work in person. The storefront is absolutely gorgeous. I was given a warm welcome, introduced to the owner, shown some of their more elaborate jewelry and then they helped me find the right pendant. I spent nowhere near the same amount as some of their celebrity clients do, but I was sure treated like one of them. I really can't say enough about how fantastic the whole experience was! more

I picked up a piece from them about a year ago. It was my first time shopping with them online. I came across the website from a friend of mine. So I decided to give it a try. It was simple I chose what I wanted & placed the order and that's it. The next day after ordering, I was contacted by Kevin, he's the sales manager. He called me saying that the ring I wanted was out of stock and he helped me find a ring similar to the one I had initially chose. Quite honestly I liked it. I felt like I had options... most times when you shop online and something is out of stock you get a refund and that's it. It was a very good shopping experience over all. If I could give them NO stars, I WOULD!! They're the worst. Unless you are some sort of mogul -or- celebrity, DO NOT EXPECT GOOD SERVICE!! Be prepared to get the run around... God forbid you need to get something repaired -- they do a crappy job & have an attitude about it the entire time as if it's your fault what they sold you was clearly NOT up to par. Will never go back!!!!! Don't waste your time -or- money! more
