I was completely shocked after an oil change to find out that the charge for an 8 cylinder vehicle is over $60! I had a regular mechanic and he never charged more than $30. Autoba...

Pick up and delivery was really nice. I always expect that there will be recommendations for additional work, and believe it is often needed, but a nice surprise when they tell you everything is ok. more

Convenient and Friendly 6/7/2013

I was able to send my car to the shop via my boyfriend who works nearby, which was a huge help. Before any work was done I was contacted by email and phone for a clear description of the problems, including pictures, and had the chance to ask questions. Overall, everything went very smoothly! more

Our family can't say enough good things about Robert and Erin and the confidence we have in Robert's talent and ability to provide preventative maintenance to give our cars long lives. We also trust him to accurately troubleshoot needed repairs and his knowledge and diagnostic discernment has been a huge money-saver when purchasing our last 2 cars. more

Super Quick Service! 5/13/2013

Typically I go to the Car Dealership to have all my maintenance done on my Honda, however, am always waiting upwards of an hour. Autobahn was able to service my car very promptly and even gave my car a wash as well. I definitely recommend them and will come back for all my maintenance needs! more

$64 Oil Change? 7/4/2010

I was completely shocked after an oil change to find out that the charge for an 8 cylinder vehicle is over $60! I had a regular mechanic and he never charged more than $30. Autobahn does rotate the tires too but that amount is more than double the amount I normally pay. Plus - I get my tires rotated for free. If prices are going to be that high - they should be posted. more

Great Service and Trustworthy! 2/9/2009

I've been taking my car here for 3 years after getting overcharged for things that did not need to be done at other automobile service providers. I definitely feel comfortable when I go there and feel I can trust Robert to take care of my VW and only do what the absolutely necessary fixes are. He seems VERY knowledgeable compared to others I have dealt with at other shops. Pros: Trustworthy, Experienced Mechanics more

free oil change quit complaining 10/22/2008

i am automotive tech that knows robert and erin very well. i have used his knowledge many times. one thing i do know is that timing belts are replaced based on milage because the belts are usally covered and cannot be visually checked very easily. this lady with the FREE oil change was told her timing belt needed to be replace based on the milage of the car. this is very common when you have no history of the vehicle. if this had not been suggested and the timing belt had not been replaced and broke i am quite sure this lady would have blamed robert. robert cares alot about cars and the people who drive them. After a recommendation from a reputable Japanese auto shop, I took a used Volkswagen Passat I was interested in to Autobahn for a ""pre-purchase inspection""... Robert test drove it and gave me a thumbs up but also told me about potential issues for this model. Armed with this information I wound up with a plum for a great price. After this I've been also taking my other car (also Volkswagen) for routine maintenance (something that my VW dealership didn't always get right). Pros: Absolutely recommended. Convience. Immaculate shop. It is obvious they love their job. more
