As usual, I was impressed with the service from start to finish. I had a check engine light on, feared the worst, but it was just a disconnected hose. Nice to take my car to a place that I trust, that does not take advantage of the consumer. more

Warranty work 11/23/2010

Auto Works is qualified and recognized by after market warranty programs to perform service. At times these warranty programs can be a challenge to work through but in the case of my Cadillac SRX Auto Works made it look easy. There was significant work to be done and they did the research on the problem and quickly put together the information the warranty company needed to authorize the work. In expensive repairs like this one the warranty program sends out a rep to confirm the work. I this case they did not as Auto Works was effective in working with the warranty company. This was a big relief for me as there is always risk when working with after market warranty programs. There are very few repair shops that have this level of credibility. I recommend you take your vehicles to Auto Works as they are honest and do excellent work. more

Feeling good about spending $1400 11/12/2010

Our 8 year old Camry had developed a shake & shimmy when braking from highways speeds. We took it two different shops and spent alot of money installing new pads and rotors and doing wheel alignment and not solving the problem. We took it to AutoWorks and they discovered the root of the problem and knew the exact steps to correct it. They gave a me ride to and from the shop and then provided a courtesy car when the repair extending to the next day. We had a large repair bill but the problem got resolved. Wish we would have gone to AutoWorks first. more

Excellent 11/6/2010

I took my SUV in for a brake job as I have had difficulty with the franchise shops in Woodbury and quite frankly dont trust them as they said the rotors needed replacing and AutoWorks found the rotors in spec and did not need to be replaced just turned and as a result saving me a few hundred dollars. They are very responsive, friendly, and competitively priced. I will have all my car repair done at Auto Works from now on. more
