I found the work done by Autoworks to be of good quality on my brakes. They explained what I needed in detail and matched another quote I had for the same work....PLUS gave me a loaner! Big plus to me! Tom more

Oil change and complimentary service to boot! 11/14/2011

I took my car in for an oil change, but also had a trim piece hanging from the underside of my car. Fearing that taking care of the latter problem may cost who knows how much, I was pleasantly surprised that Auto Works removed this non-essential piece for free. All work was done in a timely manner, and I was able to get some work done using their complimentary computer! more

Toyota Tundra maintenance and diagnostics 11/9/2011

Starting at the front counter, everyone was very pleasant, efficient, and professional. Work was accomplished promptly and future problems diagnosed before they become problematic. Thanks for handling a minor fix (bent a shroud so that it did not rub on wheel) without charging a fee, a good customer service gesture that was much appreciated. Thanks and I'll be back! more

My brakes were going bad after only one year, so they covered them under a warrenty. I was very thankful they were replaced under warrenty, but just a little disappointed they had used a product that was found to be inferior. more

Oil Cap not put back on 11/4/2011

After our appt. our daughters car smelled like oil for a day and the check engine light was on . Finally we got together with her the next day to check under the hood and the service person had forgotten to put the oil cap back on and oil was spitting all over the engine. I'm just thankfull that we caught it in time and it did'nt wreck the engine and I hope the check engine light goes off. Also, the oil change is a little long-my daughter said she waited 40 to 50 minutes, I think that is a little too long. more

Mysterious sound solved 11/1/2011

The team at AutoWorks is amazing. They diagnosed and fixed an issue with the suspension on my wifes Cadillac and worked with the warranty company to get it fixed quickly. I trust Auto Works completely and they will get my future business and with the four cars I own that should keep them busy. more

The men at Autoworks got my minivan's headlight changed so fast that I didn't even notice they took it around back! I sat in their comfy lobby chair working on my computer and Andrew said, "Stephanie, you're All set!" -Thanks guys! more

Needed brakes and tires 10/14/2011

I have an older car, 1994 Lexus LS400. However it still runs great thanks to Auto Works. Andrew always communicates well and they only recommend repairs/services that are necessary. You probably could find a cheaper shop but the quality of service and warranty would not be the same. more

Customer Confidence 10/10/2011

I started having my car serviced at AutoWorks almost 2 years ago. Each time I have service, the staff carefully checks my car, details the findings and ranks the fix in order of safety and extending the life of my vehicle. I have confidence that they are giving me sound advice and their warranty is the best I've found--I won't take my car anywhere else. Thanks! more

Car Repair 10/10/2011

I had a check engine light come on. Andrew fit me in quickly. He kept me informed on the issue and the associated costs. My car was ready when promised and for the amount promised. Actually less than promised because I was able to use several coupons. Great job, thank you very much. more

One thing I enjoy about the employee's at Auto Works is their willingness to answer questions and provide ideas. Even a simple oil change can lead to ways that I can save money, keep my vehicle running better or simply visiting about new technology coming out with new vehicles. more

Thanks for squeezing me in! 9/20/2011

I has a screw in my tire that requried extraction and plugging. My wife called me during the day to remind to set up an appointment to get it fixed. I was swamped at work and when I got off the bus at 4:05 PM it dawned on me that I needed that tire fixed. I dropped in and Auto Works squeezed me in right away and got me fixed! Thanks! more
