Seems honest & thorough, but COSTLY repair! 6/16/2011

I brought my 2004 Volvo S40 in because I wanted a second opinion regarding a check engine light. Auto Works basically confirmed the dealer's diagnosis (a relief I wasn't getting screwed there, I suppose) but found other issues that needed attention. It seems all the repair suggestions were justified (e.g. timing belt was due, tie rod was showing wear) but this is the most I have ever spent on car maintenance/repair in one chunk....$1,900!! Well, it's not Auto Works' fault if my car needed the services (though I've always been diligent about getting the vehicle services), and I must say Brandon (service advisor) kept me in the loop at all times, and went out of his way to thoroughly explain to me the various issues. He's a real gem. I think I will go back to Auto Works because it's convenient, and they seem as honest as anybody. I'm just trying to get over the pocketbook sting - yeouch! more

Andrew scheduled the repair and kept in touch with me throughout the time my car was being repaired. AutoWorks made recommendations based on computer readings and gave me estimates. I appreciated their expertise and quality of service. more

As always, Woodbury's AutoWorks has done another fine job for me. They responded quuickly to an emergent situation and kept me well-informed as to the diagnosis and solution. Completion of work was done on-time and with minimal disruption to my work day. Great job. more

Quick appointment? 6/5/2011

My appointment was fine but the conversation between the gentleman and a service man started to get a little heated about the appointment time. I received a text reminding me when my appointment was which was great, except the text said it was a half hour earlier then it actually was. more

The service and service advisors were extremely pleasant and the work was done within 45 minutes, even though it was near closing. Brandon and Andrew always make you feel important and answer any questions you have. Andrew took the time to tighten and adjust a rear window wiper at the base of the window. The service as always was excellent. more

Good information provided about vehicle's condition 5/3/2011

The staff was very courteous and helpful about the condition of my vehicle. They also provided detailed information about all the fixes that needed to be made. In the end, the cost was average to a little high. more

Very Satisfied! 4/29/2011

Took my car in for an oil change and to fix an issue with my exhaust. Vehicle was done quickly and ready for me when I returned. Very good communication and explanation of what was done. Also, great explanation of other things they found that need to be monitored. Very honest, and didn't try to push maintenance on me when it isn't needed at this time. Will definitely return!! more
