I had a very good experience with Auto Tech and Body. I took my car in to get some dents fixed. They returned my car looking like new. I'd definitely take my car there again.

Worst

My A/C is still blowing hot air. I don't understand how the tech thought that filling up the unit was the fix.

Everything was excellent 6/6/2012

I brought my car in to have some body work done. There was some rust on the front of the car below the grill that was going to be a serious problem, if it was not taken care of soon. I received an estimate on the spot and was told that I could get the car back the next day. A rental car was made available to me at a very low rate and was brought up to the front for me to drive off in while my car was being repaired. The people at Auto Tech could not have been nicer or more professional. From the owner to the front desk and technical staff, I was extremely impressed. I received a phone call the morning after I had brought in the car from the front desk saying that my car was now being painted and would be ready in the afternoon. That afternoon, the office staff called and said that it was ready. I went in and was really pleased that the work that was done. It was extremely professional. I had previously recommended Auto Tech and Body to me next door neighbor who needed some work done on her car and she was really happy with the work and staff. She is still raving about the work over one year later when I run into her. I would without any hesitation recommend Auto Tech and Body to people that need service and repair. Sir David more

I wouldn't go anywhere else. 6/4/2012

I have been dealing with Auto Tech and Body for several years. They service our fleet and personal vehicles which total to over a dozen vehicles. They are timely, professional, and always to a great job. I wouldn't go anywhere else or trust anyone else with our vehicles and employees within them. I highly recommend them. Superb! Really excellent. 5/3/2012

We now live about 5 hours away from Auto Tech and Body, but we are still customers. I will still bring my car's to them. They have worked on two old Mercedes diesels for me. I really get taken care of and they are really great to work with. I will continue to recommend people to them. more

Wow, what service!!!! 5/1/2012

Every employee from front office to service employees greeted me with a smile and hello. Made a fresh pot of coffee (at 2:30 p.m) for the lobby area. Nice, clean lobby and right on time. Awesome. I'll be back :-) more

Bad Experience there 4/16/2012

I had a really bad experience with Auto Tech they were supposed to contact me back to tell me what s was the problem to my car and how much will it cost. Secondly, that had happen twice they changed my oil and they leave the same sticker on it. Therefore I don t really think they had changed the oil. I brought my car there because it was making a noise while driving,they said that i had to do the weel bearing. i did it and the car still making that same noise they check it again now they tell me something else. i do not understand this people. they make me spend money on weelbearing while the car still making that same noise and now come up with a new problem. more

Gr8 Service performed with a Gr8 Attitude 4/13/2012

Purchased a DOUBLE TAKE DEAL on Thursday evening 4/12/12 for an oil change with a 27 point inspection and an exterior car wash and everything was done in approximately 1 hour on Friday afternoon. The staff is very friendly and personable and want to please their customers in every way that they can. Waiting in their office area with comfortable chairs and a couch as well as a flat screen tv and a variety of reading material made the wait that much more enjoyable. Coffee was available if one wanted it and the walls have numerous plaques to read about the wonderful service that the owner Mr. Ghanem and his sister give back to the community. It was such a pleasure to not only get great service with a smile and the feeling that you were appreciated but one also feels great in the presence of a company that is responsive to the needs of their community and actually does something more than just procrastinate about what they do. They really know how to build loyalty and I only wish them well........... more

Bad Service 4/8/2012

I went to get service on my car here, it's the worst and bad experience i've ever had there. it's like they love people money but they're not doing what they're suppose to do. My car was making a noise and they told me i'm suppose to do wheel-bearing and the noise will go away. After they fixed it, the car is still making the same noise and they ask me to pay a lot so they could fix it. I told them to change the oil in the car but they told me they did which i don't believe because the car still have the same sticker from the last time i changed my oil. Pros: null Cons: null more

I've recommended Auto Tech and Body to so many of our family members and friends, I kid with Chadia that I should be getting a kick back or a percentage! Everyone there is very helpful, and treat you so well. They are very family-oriented. And no matter how busy they get, and they do get busy, they'll always take time for you to answer your questions. Great work, dependable, honest 3/22/2012

After using three auto repair referrals from Angie's List, I found Auto Tech and Body to be the best. Their work is excellent and they are honest, a quality hard to find in the auto repair industry, especially for single, older females. Even though it is a 45 minute drive from my home, I will definitely be using Auto Tech and Body to take care of my auto. Thank you Auto Tech and Body for being there. more

A "WOW" experience! 2/15/2012

From the very first time I went into Auto Tech and Body a few years back, I could tell it was a different type of shop. The atmosphere was really nice and the customer service was great. The way they talk and care about their customers is obvious. They always go above and beyond for people, it's the type of customer service you just don't see out there anymore. I left there feeling like "WOW"! I never expected a place like that, an auto shop or mechanic, to be so pleasant of an experience. Everyone is always nice and with a smile on their face. Also, it's clean and organized there. It's a different type of experience. more
