The most gracious thing a company has ever done for me. 2/11/2014

Auto Painting USA definitely gets fives, and I have recommended them a few times. My experience was a little different because we are out here in Cave Creek, so my instructor had to take me down there. I was so grateful for how they took care of me there, especially Johnny! He stayed with me until I could be picked up. He didn't put a 17-year-old girl out on the street, and that's the most gracious thing someone in a business has ever done for me! more

First of all, the job that Auto Painting USA did was a quality piece of work. That definitely pleased me. In terms of customer service, they went above and beyond. In my case, that meant providing transportation both to and from my house, which I was not expecting. I had just moved here (which is a good 30 miles away from their shop), so I didn't know who I could call for a sure ride. I greatly appreciated that. more

Auto Painting USA completely sanded and prepped my car and got it ready. This car started off as a Mary K Pink Cadillac. 3 years ago, it was stripped, painted white and it peeled. So I had Scott strip it, sand it, and paint it Pearl White. It is awesome! It's better than when it was brand new! They gave me rise where I needed rise. They constantly reassured about the work and kept me informed. They even kept the car in the shop for me when it was raining. It's absolutely beautiful! And the price for the whole thing was so outstanding, it floored me. more

Fantastic service and professional work at a fair price! 11/5/2013

Auto Painting USA is very, very good. They know what they're doing. They did a total paint job on my 1988 Volvo, which is a very old car. Basically, they brought it back to nearly perfection. They do a fantastic job. You should definitely go to them. The price is right and they do excellent work. They have very good customer service as well. more

The reason I like Auto Painting USA so much is that they are on the ball. When I went in, they did exactly what they said they would do and got it done when promised. I'm in the car business myself, so I'm around this kind of stuff all the time. I can say they did an outstanding job. In fact, somebody asks me about my truck every day! more

Worth the drive, best service EVER 10/25/2013

My car was side swiped, paint scraped off, dent on front & back door. A young man at a service station mentioned he worked for auto painting in Chandler. I live in Sun City but decided to make the drive and I'm glad I did, I am THRILLED with the results. Well worth the drive. more

My experience at Auto Painting USA was painless. I walked in not exactly knowing how the process would go. Scott immediately greeted me and asked me some questions about what I was looking for. He got me exactly what I needed and told me all about the process. The paint job was perfect. There were no problems at all. Scott is a great guy. He's been in the business for over 20 years, so he knows what he's talking about and how to take care of his customers. more

If you don't use this company, you're crazy! 9/26/2013

My auto mechanic recommended me to Auto Painting USA, and I would give them TEN out of five stars if I could! They redid my car in all black. I purchased the high end brand of paint and purchased a five year warranty. They really took care of my car. It took about four days to complete the paint job. They let me know over the phone on the third day that the paint would need an extra day to dry because of the high humidity. When it was done, you could tell the quality of work was really great. There was one area that they missed, but I just brought it back, and they fixed it right up. They were super cooperative with me. I have already recommended and given out their cards to fifteen or so people. If you don't use this company, you're crazy! more

I worked directly with Scott and his technician at Auto Painting USA. They were very good, very personable, and the estimates were right on. My son was using my truck and had wrapped it around a pole and done a lot of damage to the bed. I only have liability insurance, so this wasn't going to be an insurance claim. It was a family member damaging a family vehicle. So I went to Scott, got an estimate, and he did the repairs. The majority of the truck was going to have to get repaired, so we he had to paint the whole thing as well, which was an upgrade. He did an outstanding job on the paint as well as the body work. I'm fortunate in that this was the first time I have had to get a whole vehicle painted in my life. They were very competitive with their estimates and in the quality and work that was presented back to us. more

The job was a last minute thought on my end and Auto Painting USA took me in within 24 hours and completed it on time within two days. They worked on my hood and my fender. It looks phenomenal. It's like having a secret; they're there and more people need to use them. They did a great job and I'd like to see their business flourish. more
