Auto Credit of Columbia

Terrible! I am an insurance agent and deal with loan companies all the time. I have had some great experiences, but this was totally different. They gave differentiating information. They did not communicate with each other. They were rude and had no understanding or respect for protocol! I was treated like a second rate citizen, which I can only assume is how they are accustomed to speaking to customers. more

I went through D&K Auto off Tobacco Road out of Gate 5 (DO NOT GO THERE FOR A VEHICLE). The vehicle worked fine for about 4 months then the transmission went out. \r \r Before that even happened dealing with this crappy Company I should have just took it back. They are rude they hound you, late one payment with a check or have one bounced check you can NEVER mail in another payment again. Used my card over the phone and they used it with out my persmission (accidently). The interest rate is through the roof, at time of purchase my payment was one rate they are charging me another. Then when if I ask if I can switch my days (because I switched jobs) for the payment to match my pay dates they say no that the date you have it what I am stuck with. WORST DAMN COMPANY more

well they always treated me pretty good but than again i always paid my bill on time o of course they would treat me good more

Then company is the worst I have ever dealt with regarding credit. They bought my account from Premier Plus (watch out for these guys also). Never sent me a letter saying they bought the account no verification of any kind. They got nasty and rude with me when I asked for legal documents showing they bought the account and hung up the phone on me. more

These guys need to be reported to the Better Business Bureau. I got a call from (Lee) stating that my loan was being ""accelerated"" and that I needed to pay the loan off in full or that they were going to have me arrested for contempt of court. I called the magistrates office and was told that the case had been thrown out and that Robert (owner of business) was lying to me!!!!.. Unbelieveable these guys!! more

The manager that work there is very nasty. He don't know how to treat people little he wish to be treated. His first name is Carl if they get rid of him the company would be better. more
