Terrible! I am an insurance agent and deal with loan companies all the time. I have had some great experiences, but this was totally different. They gave differentiating information. They did not communicate with each other. They were rude and had no understanding or respect for protocol! I was treated like a second rate citizen, which I can only assume is how they are accustomed to speaking to customers.
