We bought a 2000 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo from Austins a couple of months ago. I wanted to wait to write a review because I had a couple of problems with the Jeep after I bought it, and as it turned out the issues were fairly minor considering the millage and age of the vehicle, and I will point out that the mechanics at Austins offered to help fix one of the issues. The customer service and experience was great and hassle free. Seems like it took all day just looking and seeing what our options were. At the end of the day I put 2000 down and ended up in a decent used car to last a couple of years and help rebuild my credit. At the end of the day my wife has a nice 2009 Dodge Journey as her daily driver and the jeep is my toy for fishing and camping. When it dies in a couple of years I'll be back to get another one if I don't just end up rebuilding the engine. I would buy from Austins again if they have a suitable vehicle.... I'll conclude in saying this: When you are looking at used cars make sure you find the car you like and take the time to look it over. By rule, older cars with higher millage need tender loving care (eg: special oil, upkeep every 3000 miles) In this new economy Austins is a great resource. Like anything you need to be responsible if you finance. If you use their in-house financing make sure your payments are on time. We haven't had any problems so the experience has been good. If your a cash buyer looking for decent used vehicles I would recommend Austins. If your looking for in-house financing for your credit situation I would caution you to consider the consequences (eg. High interest rates, late fee's and repossession) if you fail to make your payments on time. Those are considered Hi-Risk loans and companies don't mess around. All around 5 out of 5 stars for what it is worth. Good Customer Service, Good Selection, Alternative Financing. I marked off a star because the Jeep had an oil leak and Coolant leak. Fixed for under $300 more

so many selections out on the lot, its hard not to choose one. with all the car clean titles i knew that i wanted to come here for my next used new car! with the people communicating to me like family it was very easy to get comforitable there when i was buyin my new 2003 mustang! more

friendly people that make you feel very welcome puts this dealership over the top with their sales.makes people want to tell people about them. i had an awesome experience just like many others and have not had a complaint about my payments or any issues with the car so far. more

If you go to Austins Affordable, you will not be sorry. These guys took very good car of me. Got me into a car in less then 1 hour. They worked with my financing, and they also made me feel very comfortable. I promise you'll have a great experience. Just go in with a good attitude and they will respond back with an even greater attitude. more

everybody should lay off, obviously tons of people has had great experiences there.including me. they are supper nice and treat you very well, even had a play area for the kids while i talked to the salesmen. they get what your going through and want to help. awesome dealership! more

I went to Affordable Auto W/S after driving by while out looking for a car. The staff was extremely helpful and made it very easy to find a car that i really liked! They have a great selection of cars that are all priced very fairly. i got a great deal on my car. I looked around and couldn't have found a better price. Im so glad i chose to come to autsin's affordable auto \r \r \r to buy my car i don't know how i would have gotten \r \r \r through the day. setting me down after looking around \r \r \r for a while, i starting signing the papers to buy a new \r \r \r car with my old one just sitting around broke down i \r \r \r was able to do a trade in and get a car that runs! i dont \r \r \r have to ride the bus anymore! YAY! It has worked great \r \r \r for me and i have no problems with any of my cars. more

They sold me a $10,000 volvo for $6,000 and I really didn't think that I could even buy a car. When they said I was approved and could pick a car i was shocked. . My credit score is below 500 and I had a bankruptcy and repo less than a year ago. The whole thing did take some time, several hours in-fact, but in retrospect, i suppose it was a small cost. I worked with one of the girls and a big finance guy. They laughed and joked and made it a really cool experience. I will go back and so will my family more

This place is a great dealership! i always enjoying coming in here to buy cars, being the honda accord that we just got for my daughter. it will be our 3rd car bought at Austin's. I know that every car on that lot is competely clean titles. Nothing but the best! no problems with any of our cars, and we have had our oldest car for almost 6 years now! i have nothing bad to say about this dealership, they are very friendly and have a great enviroment. more

I had a good experience here. I don't know what everyone else is complaining about. They finance people with crappy credit. Either, put up or shut up. Simple as that. more
