I just made my 11th payment at this place. I bought a car here a year ago. The fat lady at the office was not very nice. that is my only complaint. I guess she doesnt work there any more. I bought a chev Z71. It was cheap. It has high miles , but has been a good truck. I make my payments on time. I was late twice. The first time, they did not charge me, the second time i payd $40 for 2 days. High I think, but its in my contract and i was late. I am posting at the managers request . He showed me about 25 file draws full of thousands of customer files. He said no one takes the time to post when they are happy. So here is a post. My name is jon, its a 98 chev z71, i still drive it everyday, and its a good truck. I have friends who have bot lotsa cars there, one friend has bot more than 10 cars. they have great deals, and do finance just about anybody. they financed me after even the places that say they finance anyone turnd me down. Our sales guy was great and the owner gave us all the needed details. They even had problems on running my card at first and the owner took care of it. We would have never been able to go somewhere and get bank financing. I have a pending divorce and he has no credit. We really need a second car and found the perfect one for our family. We were in and out in less than an hour. They take car of all the DEQ and DMV. We got a great price on the Land Rover. I am so happy with it. Thank you guys so much! I will send anyone I know who needs a car here first. And if I ever need to buy another car, this will be the first place I go. more

And if I ever need to buy another car, this will be the first place I go. my friend went and bought a car at austins autos for 999.00 as- is. that evening it broke down. 9-29-10 i was furiouse. went back with his car in tow to confront what i thought was a dis-honest deal. we were treated with respect and kindness despite our rudeness. not only that but they financed my friend a better car (which is an understatement) for a deal that was un-real! plus a100% refund on an as-is car! WOW! Best customer sevice ever!!! im extremely impressed!! Thank you Austins auto here is 5-stars just for you. My car runs just fine, and if the day comes when it doesn't I guess I'll have to go get it fixed at a mechanic-just like everyone else in the world. Aside from the mouse cage, it all went well the day we came in for our van. The kids were out of control and the staff here just put in a movie and gave them a soda. We ran through the paperwork and did the whole deal rather quickly as a matter of fact. The van runs great and the kids survived the experience. I wanted to thank everyone for the experience because it surely could have gone alot worse all things considered. Very happy with the whole thing. Its hard to come by good service these days, mostly at a car dealership. these dealers at austin's affordable autos do not have the same way of doing things as many lots out there. they let you have your look at the vehicals that you were interested in and don't hound you on buying it. more

So I went to Austins Affordable Dealer ship, right off of HWY 99, in Hazel Dell. Vancouver, WA. They had the best car salesmen I have ever met in my life. These guys were wonderful, friendly, very respectful & down right just HUMOROUS!!! I don't think I ever had that much fun at a car dealer ship. The BEST thing about them is... I DIDN'T feel like they were trying to get the best of me. I think I actually got the best of them. Their IN-HOUSE financing works to fit your budget & goal. If anyone goes there these guys will for sure try and get you a great working vehicle for the price that is right for you... ""GO TO AUSTIN'S AFFORDABLE IF YOU WANT GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE, RELIABLE VEHICLES & FRIENDLY SALESMEN."" Also, it's crazy reading these reviews & seeing the horrible things people will say. While I was at Austins Affordable, I didn't see any unhappy customers. I must of been there for about 2 and 1/2 hours. I seen plenty of people coming in to pay their bills & not one of them looked angry or upset... They all seemed satisfied with the cars they had purchased from this lot... Now seeing this, made me feel much more comfortable signing all the paper work & had me at ease. So I honestly have no idea why, these people are saying such horrible things about the car lot. If must be an angry EX or something. No body would waist their time video tapping, posting, & just down right lie about the owner of a businesses unless you had personal relationship that went sour. It's the only thing that makes sense. So if you are looking for a car & are on a budget. I highly suggest that you go to Austins's Affordable. They will honestly take very good care of you. I've had my car for a while now & i am very much happy with it. These review are here to help people know the truth. So don't let these FAKE reviews, that i'm guessing are probably from an EX-girlfriend or something, steer you away from an honest, decent businesses. more

I bought a car on 9-4 from Austins Affordable Autos for 5103.75. I put 2500 down and was to pay 2603.75 on the 9-18. My father passed away a few months ago and I had to pay for his probate attorney, so I could not pay the second payment on time. 9-20 I called and spoke with Darrell and Michelle they say they would help and to come in. I did they agreed to put me on a 4 month contract at 32% interest yes it is high but I did not have any problem with it because I knew I would pay if off within a month or two. We signed it and I was waiting to give them 603.75 as agreed when Michelle got off the phone. The owner called and said no! to the contract that was already signed. Michelle asked me to give back the contract I thought I should not give it to her but I felt sorry for her so I did! She said to give her a couple of days to talk with the boss. no call 9/21 so I called them back on 9/22 and was told no! they would not give me more time. I told them again I would bring the car back if they will give me my 2500 back! they said no it doesn't work that way! so I asked again for 30 days PLEASE! Darrell said he would call me back, he did not. I called again on 9-23 they said they could not do anything to help me because the boss said no! about a week later I got a call from a man who said he was the person that helps with these types of problems. So we spoke for about 20 minuets I told him the whole thing. And again said I would give the car back if I could have my 2500 back because it is just to much money to walk away from... or I needed 30 days to pay it off. I also told me we have not driven the car it has just been sitting because it needed tires and I wanted to pay if off before I bought tires... he said he would call me back... he never did. 10-27 I called and spoke with Mat the manager! she said they have already filed a lawsuit and that there repo man signed a statement saying we said "" we would never give the car back. that it was hidden and they would never get it back"" Matt also said he has had a repo mam to our house 10 times! I told Matt To our knowledge NOONE has been to our house, we have never talked to any person at our house about our car. we never said we would not give the car back. we have not hidden the car it is and always has been at our house in our garage. we still have not driven it. Matt told me that if I pay a 200 repo fee and 175.00 court filing fee he would drop the law suit... I told our attorney this situation and he asked to see the lawsuit so I called Matt today 10/28 and asked him to fax a copy to my attorney and was told ""no he would not fax the lawsuit, he was doing me a favor buy giving me this deal and if I want to bring attorneys into it he would see me in court! then hung up on me. I have contacted the WA attorney general, WA DMV. I have been trying to work this out since two weeks after I bought this car, I really don't understand how a businessman would turn down someone that wants to give them money! We bought a 2000 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo from Austins a couple of months ago. I wanted to wait to write a review becuase I had a couple of problems with the Jeep after I bought it, and as it turned out the issues were fairly minor concidering the milage and age of the vehicle, and I will point out that the mechanics at Austins offered to help fix one of the issues. The customer service and experience was great and hastle free. Seems like it took all day just looking and seeing what our options were. At the end of the day I put 2000 down and ended up in a decent used car to last a couple of years and help rebuild my credit. At the end of the day my wife has a nice 2009 Dodge Journey as her dialy driver and the jeep is my toy for fishing and camping. When it dies in a couple of years I'll be back to get another one if I dont just end up rebuilding the engine. I would buy from Austins again if they have a suiable vehicle.... I'll conclude in saying this: When you are looking at used cars make sure you find the car you like and take the time to look it over. By rule, older cars with higher milage need tender loving care (eg: special oil, upkeep every 3000 miles) In this new economy Austins is a great resource. Like anything you need to be responsible if you finance. If you use their in-house financing make sure your payments are on time. We haven't had any problems so the experience has been good. If your a cash buyer looking for decent used vehicles I would recomend Austins. If your looking for in-house financing for your credit situation I would caution you to conider the consequences (eg. High interest rates, late fee's and reposession) if you fail to make your payments on time. Those are concidered Hi-Risk loans and companies don't mess around. All around 4 out of 5 stars for what it is worth. Good Customer Service, Good Selection, Alternative Financing. I marked off a star becuase the Jeep had an oil leak and Coolant leak. Fixed for under $300 more

THEY DID NOT FIX THE THINGS THEY SAID THEY WOULD DO 7. THEY QUOTE YOU 1 PRICE, THEN CHANGE IT LATER 8. THEY ADDED $500 ITO THE CONTRACT EVEN WHEN YOU TELL THEM NO LIKE 3 TIMES. 9. THEY WILL PUT YOU ON HOLD ON THE PHONE 10. THEY HAVE NO IDEA WHAT CUSTOMER SERVICE IS, THEY TREAT THE CUSTOMER'S VERY BAD, AND TELL THEM TO TAKE IT OR LEAVE IT! MAKE THEM FIX THE CAR FIRST BEFORE YOU SIGN THE CONTRACT AND GIVE THEM YOUR $1500 CASH! OTHERWISE THEY DONT CARE ABOUT YOU. THEY DID NOT EVEN SHAKE MY HAND AND SAY THANK YOU WHEN I SIGNED THE CONTRACT AND GAVE THEM MY MONEY. THESE PEOPLE ARE CLEARLY IN THIS FOR THE MONEY AND COULD CARE LESS ABOUT CUSTOMER SATISFACTION OR GETTING REFERRALS. THEY ARE HORRIBLE! THEY WILL TELL YOU THAT YOU SIGNED THE CONTRACT AND THE CAR WAS SOLD AS IS, NO WARRANTY, THAT IS THE LAW. THAT IS TRUE AND I WAS AWARE OF THAT. BUT WHAT THEY WILL NOT TELL YOU IS THEY MADE PROMISES, AND WHEN I SIGNED THE CONTRACT, I DID NOT TAKE POSSESSION OF THE CAR YET BECAUSE THEY HAD A LIST OF THINGS THEY WERE GOING TO FIX. SO IT WAS NOT SOLD AS IS BECAUSE THEY STILL HAD THE CAR AND THEY HAD TO FIX SEVERAL THINGS, AND REPLACE THE BATTERY. 2 DAYS LATER WHEN I GO TO PICK UP THE CAR, THE ONLY THING THEY GIVE EXCUSES, AND THEY ASKED ME TO COME BACK TO GET THE REST DONE. I DID NOT THINK THEY WOULD LIE TO ME, BUT AFTER I TOOK THE CAR, THEY SCREWED ME AND SAID TOO BAD! THE CONTRACT IS NOT VALID UNTIL YOU HAVE POSSESSION OF THE CAR. I found their staff extremely helpful and nice. I drove off the lot that day with a running car and it only cost me $200 down. I bought my car here a couple months ago. The salesman was nice-for a car salesman. I got into a decent running economy car with a few problems, but its gets me to work and back every day. I hope to pay it off and eventually buy another one from these guys. When the turn signals quit working, they had no problem taking care of it for me. Not bad for a used car lot. more
