Routine "check up" 10/27/2011

Thank you once again for an outstanding appointment I had scheduled for my car. Even though it was just an oil change, I was once again very pleased with how I was treated and how my little car was treated - with so much respect. I never have to wait long, the place is clean and has everything needed to make the wait pleasant, and I always can expect thorough explantions of what was done or what may need to be done when my car is finished. I rely heavily on my car for work and I never have to worry about it when I can trust every one at Auburn Foreign Car. Thank you!!!! more

Emergency Leak Service 10/27/2011

Auburn F.Car handled my frantic call today fantastically. They got me an apt within 3hrs of my call. Jerry approx a diagnostic cost which was spot on. Their prices will be less than a BMW dealership and they will use BMW parts and guarantee their work for 3yrs which BMW does not offer. Once the parts are in, I will take my car there for the repair to be completed. more

Great Service 10/20/2011

I was visiting the Seattle area when the tensioner pulley on my car seized up causing the belt to melt as I was driving on I-5 near Tukwila. My car needed to be towed. I was not familiar with any auto repair facilities in the area and this happened in the early morning hours (1:00 a.m.). The towing company recommended that my car be towed to Auburn Foreign Car. I am so glad they made the recommendation. I was able to drop the car at their shop in their spacious lot, and was able to fill out an informational key drop envelope for my key detailing the problem. The following day I spoke with Jerry there. He was extremely helpful and understood my concern about needing my car that day to return to Central Washington. I was kept informed on the status of my car and kept apprised of what repairs needed to be made and the cost of those repairs. When I went to pick up the car, they had washed it and it was ready to go. Taking care of the tab was a breeze with the help of their office staff. Overall it was a great experience. more

Rescued! 10/13/2011

My thermostat light went red and began beeping on my way to work. I went to Auburn Foreign Car, they kept the car and shuttled me to work. The repair that was needed was under warrenty so it didn't even cost me anything. The people at Auburn Foreign Car have always been very helpful. more

I just had my SUV repaired and they did an outstanding job. I took my former car here and they were honest and helped me set my priorites on what needed to be repaired. I would highly recommend Auburn Auto Repair to anybody who wants honest and great car repair services. more

I didn't know where to turn 10/11/2011

My car broke down in traffic, and while I was on the phone with roadside assistance, they asked me where I wanted it towed to. I was so shaken from the experience that I couldn't think straight, and then all I could think was "get it to Auburn Foreign Car." My experience with them has always been amazing, but this trip was above and beyond. In all seriousness, if I could give them more than 5 stars I would. They deserve an award for how well they worked with me through my car situation. Awesome work, keep it up, and thank you so much! more

Quick and Affordable. 10/10/2011

We took our used car that we had just purchased off a lot there for a tune up and inspection. Kyle told me exactly what he was doing, and was ready with the price every time I asked. He let me know what else I needed done, and when, and my service was done in a few hours. I like the rewards program, and overall I was very pleased to begin dealing with this company. more

Hello Gang, Once again you performed excellent service all the way around. Thanks for having a rewards program, any little bit does help. Do you have a referral program, if not, please think about it. I think a free oil change for a referral would be great. Maybe your business card with a place on the back to put the name of the person referring. One note...the birds did a number on my car. Walk out with the customer to make sure all is well. A nice clean car with a big or small job goes a long way. Not sure if it is something you can do. Thank you for getting me in fast and going over everything to make my car safe. Old Car Fixes 10/6/2011

Auburn Foreign Car is THE place to have any kind of work done on a car. They are fantastic. Friendly staff, feel like one could eat off the floor it is so clean, and most importanly, I feel I can trust them implicitly. Have never felt that they were there just for the money, they actually care and are there to help the customer. more
