Hello Gang, Once again you performed excellent service all the way around. Thanks for having a rewards program, any little bit does help. Do you have a referral program, if not, please think about it. I think a free oil change for a referral would be great. Maybe your business card with a place on the back to put the name of the person referring. One note...the birds did a number on my car. Walk out with the customer to make sure all is well. A nice clean car with a big or small job goes a long way. Not sure if it is something you can do. Thank you for getting me in fast and going over everything to make my car safe.
