Being new to the area and required to travel quite a bit, I needed to find a reputable and reliable boarding facility for my fur-family.\r

After reading some of the reviews, I was not sure what to expect, so I went in for an unannounced tour. Having traveled so much in the past, I have experienced a lot of kennels from Colorado to Illinois, and feel I have a rather critical eye (and nose) when touring kennels. I must say, my first impression was MOST favorable. The lobby is clean, airy, open and there is not any hint of "kennel air" or unpleasant fake scents to try and mask odors.\r

I was warmly greeted by a manager, and when I inquired about the owners, I was informed that one of their parents had just passed, and they were attending the funeral services. Okay, I can understand that the owners would not be present at their business - HELL, I would have probably closed my doors for a few days -- but that would have left many people very disappointed, and the managers seemed
