I have used then kennel several times. There have been no serious problems other than my dog was extremely tired after the first long 4 day visit. My only expectation of a kennel is that they do what they say they are going to do and what I am paying for. I have not gotten a 'warm and fuzzy' feeling from the owners that this is what I am getting. So far, they have shown far more concern for the money they get then the customer service they provide. I was told by the owner on the first visit that I would receive a detailed account of how my dog did at the kennel in terms of feeding and play times but when I came to pick up my dog, the owner acted like she didn't know what I was talking about when I asked if my dog ate all her food. I found out later that the kennel did not use the food I provided on the first visit as they said they would. They still had the bag of food two visits later! So don't bother to bring your dog's food if it isn't medically necessary. In fact, this would probab
