We have tried different places to board our dog previously and were satisfied with most of them. This time we wanted something special. Two potty walks and playtime sounded great. So we spent that extra money hoping that our dog would have a good time while we were having fun without her.\r

What a rude awakening, when I came to pick her up.\r
As soon as I opened the door I noticed that bad smell of urine. Several dogs were barking constantly. The owners were nowhere to be seen. (Well, it was past 5 pm on December 27 and they can't expected to be there all the time, however, they should know what's going on when they are not there!) \r

There were only two employees present (visible). One of them went to get my dog. When she came back she had my dog's bed in a plastic bag. Urine was dripping out of it. My car smelled terribly all the way back. My dog is potty trained and usually doesn't go potty more than twice a day. \r

When I came home, I had to wash the bed and give the dog a bath
