Oil Change & the Clinic 9/27/2013

I, after five years of having my oil service by the dealer. on Wadsworth & Tufts, changed to the Aspen Auto Clinic. Over the years the service by the above varied. One visit good another not so good. I just need a consistant service oil change at a reasonable cost. After my first oil change, the test is always....is their oil on my garage floor following the service. So far, very good. The tech Brendon G. did well. Matt the mgr. on duty did not push additional service, pointed out a dirty filter, I had it replaced. A good experience, one of five more to come on this "special by Aspen." bobm more

warranty service covers Labour 9/25/2013

I have an old truck. Unfortunately, things are starting to go wrong. Aspen auto repaired the problem but unfortunately it came back. With their warranty service it was repaired and I only paid for the parts that needed up dating. No labor. Great service. more

Quick Oil Change 9/15/2013

The entire process took only 45 minutes and Aspen Auto still provided me with a ride to and from my home (3 miles away.) The price was reasonable and the staff was courteous and professional. more

Good, Honest Auto Clinic 9/2/2013

they explained everything they did, saved me some money by balancing my tires-then did a check & found out an alignment wasn't needed. Told me what the recommended service on my car was, but there was no pressure to do any extras. And AWESOME deal on oil changes! more

Service Oriented 8/14/2013

This was my first visit to Aspen Auto Clinic and I left very impressed. I booked an oil change that morning, was greeted immediately when I walked in the door, sat in one of the nicest waiting areas I've ever been in, and was on my way home in about 30 minutes. Oh, and it was the cheapest oil change I think I've ever had. Two thumbs up! more

they wanted me to buy new rotors because my rotors are warped but I went and got a second and third opinion and they told me I could have my rotors shaved down instead of having costly repairs done for no reason they took advantage of the fact that I was not very mechanically inclined and I did not appreciate it. The parts this company also suggested were marked up twice over what they're actually worth and I tried to discuss it with the clerk but she rudely and loudly told me that they only deal and superior products I told her I could not afford it and she suggested I finance all the repairs which I was not prepared to do. more

I recieved excellent customer service! Everyone is super friendly, and speaks simply so you can understand what is really going on with your car! There is also a beautiful customer lounge to sit back and relax while your car is getting worked out.. they also have snacks, soda, and coffee if you need it! That is always a plus! more

Great Sevice! 8/1/2013

The staff was very friendly. I was able to have my oil changed and coolant flushed without needing to make an appointment. I was even given a free ride back to my home. When the service was finished, my car was delivered to the front of the building and the seat and floor protectors the mechanics used were removed. The cost was lower than the estimate and they didn't give me a list of other repairs they thought I should have done to my car. Great service! more
