They took the time to show me & explain the issues with my car & then took the time to print out different quotes for the work needed & put it all in order of most important to get done right away to what could wait awhile. Excellent service more

I was in on Saturday October 11th to have my 2012 Mazda 3’s oil changed and the tires rotated. Overall the experience was good but I do have a couple of suggestions. 1) Heather was knowledgeable but should refrain from saying negative comments about your competitors; I came in because of a promotion that was sold to me for 6 oil changes and rotations plus a few other coupons to use for various services. I don’t have a problem with Grease Monkey since they have always treated me with respect and have always taken care of my automobiles with no issues, so negative comments about them don’t sit well with me; they have proven themselves to me and you all are working on that so let’s keep it professional. Also you might want to inform the technicians that the walls are thin in the Customers Lounge and caution should be used during conversations; I wasn’t insulted by the language I heard but someone with kids in the lounge or someone whom may not appreciate such language would be insulted. I worked in a shop for a long time and understand the atmosphere but still something to keep in mind when customers are present. Sincerely, James Martinez more

overall one of the best experiences, however I asked if they could use my own filter for the oil change and only noticed later after leaving that they did NOT in fact use it, it was in the car and the girl said it was no problem that they could do this. I should have known better to check on this before leaving but I was wow'ed by the wonderful atmosphere and fast fast service, in and out within the hour as promised!! will definitely suggest this place and come back just wish they would have used my own filter as promised. more
