Excellent Care 2/12/2014

Aspen Auto has outdone themselves again. My car had a dead battery. Matthew sent someone over to try to give my car a jump start. Sadly, my battery was too far gone. So, they arranged for a tow and followed up after doing a diagnostic. I'm so thankful they saved me tremendous stress. more

Oil changes just got surprisingly comfortable 1/27/2014

I was pleasantly surprised when I walked in to Aspen Auto, it had a very nice and welcoming feel, plus a great customer service staff. Then you walk into the "lounge" for where you wait. It had comfortable seating plus, they give let you have snacks and coffee while you sit and watch TV and play on Facebook with your phone???? Also I would like to give them a shout out on the "Les Toillet" all the comforts of home for us ladies. Thank You! You will Truly stand out for all us mothers that like to go to pretty places and get service???? more

Friendly but overpriced 1/19/2014

I've been to this shop a few times and left both times with a large expense. The first time I inquired about my squeaking brakes and a hissing/whistling noise that I was having when the air was on. They didn't address those concerns and instead suggested that I needed to flush my transmission fluid. A month later I had transmission fluid leaking out of the front of the engine. I took it in and they said they needed to order a hose which would take a few days. Then, when I picked it up they said they actually didn't need the hose and could have fixed it sooner. It was pretty frustrating and inconvenient (although it ended up being cheaper). The people who work there are very kind, but I probably won't return because of the price. more

I would recommend to friends for the prices, if they have the time to wait.....my problem is if I have an appointment I feel it should be done in a timely matter. Not an all day event. (Oil change) cleanliness in the reception area and waiting room. nice people working there. more

Oil Change and Check 1/13/2014

I apprecaiate the fact that they were able to get my car in and out on the the same day, but when I gont my car back the steering wheel and the key were just black with greese and oil. So bad that my hands were black when I got home. I would appreciate the next time that this was not the case. more

This is my first visit and I have been looking for a new, honest mechanic. The GM mechanic, I believe his name was Allen, came out to talk to me about my GM truck.
