I visited this dealer twice, and was unfortunate both times to meet the most rude, condescending sales people. I felt unwelcome from the moment I walked in. The sales people here act as if they are doing you a favor by letting you look at their cars. Customer service doesn't seem to exist here. Not one person greets you on the lot. When you walk in for assistance, it takes a few minutes despite there being a few people chatting away in the corner. I am willing to spend significantly more at another dealership just for better treatment as a customer (although their prices are not that great, so I don't anticipate needing to spend anymore than what they were asking). Never again will I give this dealer a third chance. I advised my family and friends to stay away, and I offer you the same advice. more

I worked with this dealership over the internet. Their sales staff were very friendly and knowledgeable about the cars and options that came with them. They gave me an estimate for what they would give me for trade in and they stuck with it. I drove my car up to trade it in and as promised the paperwork was ready on time and the car was ready to go. When I got home I noticed a scratch on the car and called the dealership and they arranged for me to take it to a dealership where I lived and they took care of the problem. They were the first dealership in a long time that honored the price they quoted me and didn't change any of the numbers once I arrived there. I would definitely buy from them again. more

Arrow Hyundai 10/4/2007

Just purchased my second Hyundai from this great dealership in the past two years. Can't say enough about this operation. Easy to work with and very professional. Great service department, repairs done in a timely manner and done right the first time. Currently own an 06 Sonata LX and now a 07 Azera. Great automobiles. Check this dealer out as well as its vehicles when car shopping. more

Pleasant, No-Pressure Car Buying experience 11/27/2005

After visiting several different car dealerships, I was amazed at how wonderful this one was. The sales staff was available and helpful without being overbearing or pushy. They answered all my questions, let me test drive several vehicles, and were extremely pleasant during the negotiation period. They worked things out so that not only do I have a monthly payment I can easily afford, but they made sure I wouldn't have to extend the term of the loan to be able to afford the low monthly payment. This was the best car buying experience I've ever had. Not sure if my salesman is still there, but you can ask for him and see. His name is Florian. more

Looking for a deal? 6/29/2005

Although I do own a Hyundai, I am in no way recommending that you BUY a Hyundai. I am just rating Arrow Hyundai, lol. This is a very friendly and nice place and you can feel welcome from the minute you walk in. The staff does not pressure you like most car dealerships, and they will not allow you to buy a car that you cannot afford. Some places push you into high payments just to make a sale, and it won't happen here. I bought my car a couple of years ago when they were still on 27th St. and I had a pleasant experience and would love to go back again, if I didn't have to pick out a Hyundai! But, that's a different story! Give this place a look if you are looking for a car. more
