Arnold & Sons has always arrived on time (or earlier), and their service has been excellent. They take the time to explain the problem and the work required to fix it.

Work was satisfactory 2/10/2015

Arnold and Sons Plumbing Heating had a fast response from when I called initially to when they showed up. They replaced a toilet flange, and it works good. My only complaint is my wife says they did not wear shoe covers, but when she asked them to take off their shoes, they did. more

Great experience. 1/8/2015

Arnold & Sons Plumbing Htg helped us out when we had a high capacity of stool in our toilet. They suggested that we go with a special design for a toilet that would improve the condition. All I had to do was open my house to them, and they finished the job well. We've had no problems with the new toilet and we are happy. more

Arnold & Sons gets the job done. 1/5/2015

I have used Arnold & Sons Plumbing and Heating a number of times now. They did work for us at both our old and new house. I like that they were honest about what was old and what could be fixed. They were wonderful and always did a good job. They arrived on time and got the work done promptly. I would highly recommend them. more

Never Trusting Their Judgement Again! 12/31/2014

I was a first time user of Arnold and Sons Plumbing after finding them online and reading great reviews of their company; unfortunately, my experience with them was anything but great. The tech that came to house was very nice but he seemed to have no knowledge of why he was hired to visit our home, having me reexplain the problems I was having. After already paying a service charge just for coming to our home, he told me how much it would cost to fix the problem I was having before he had even looked at the problem! Then, after looking and telling me that there was no problem at all, he still charged me the total amount it would have been to fix the problem if there had been one! I ended up having to call the management and, after a lengthy amount of time, they finally got back to me and gave me a partial refund of the services of provided. Still though, this experience was a headache and I would not recommend them. more

I was very pleased with Arnold & Sons Plumbing Htg. The plumber went above and beyond to finish the plumbing job right. He even did a few extra things for us without an extra charge. He called us to confirm the appointment, showed up on time, and finished the job in a timely manner. more

Extremely satisfied customer. 12/30/2014

Arnold & Sons Plumbing Htg is awesome! I had to postpone my original appointment with them because my husband was sick. They were flexible and able to reschedule another appointment for us. On the day they came, they went over an estimate before starting the work. The estimate was spot-on and I really appreciated how they went over the details. They were in and out within an hour. They were reasonable, clean, and professional. more

Outstanding service 9/22/2014

Arnold & Sons Plumbing is great. Randy has been my #1 go-to plumber for over 15 years. He and his son, Mark, are very professional, honest, and do excellent work. They're the best around. They've fixed various leaks, installed my toilet, and other things. Everything has turned out very well and I'd highly recommend them. more

Great company with great service 9/17/2014

Arnold & Sons Plumbing is a great company that provides wonderful service. I had another company come and repair my water service line, but they didn't do the job well so I decided to contact Arnold & Sons Plumbing. The person who came in to repair the service line showed and explained that they had not taped and tightened down the pipe, so he let me sit and watch him tape and tighten it down to make sure that he did the job right. He was very professional, very friendly, and made me feel comfortable. I would highly recommend them. more

Great customer service, average prices 9/16/2014

The customer service at Arnold and Sons Plumbing and Heating was very good. The employees were pleasant to work with, but the prices were a little high in comparison to other places. They replaced the pipes in my home and had to cut off the ceiling to do so. more

Editorial review from Citysearch 9/11/2014

Arnold and Son's put a hot water heater in for us about 6 months ago. We were unable to pay the entire $1200 at the time of install so we were allowed to owe them approximately $300. Four weeks after the water heater was installed they sent us a letter saying that the heater was defective and they would need to come back out to re-install a different unit, at our expense! I refused to pay them the balance of what I owed them, and had a different company do the work. They are now suing me and trying to garnish my wages, while never making any attempt to make it right. I will never recommend these guys. more

Great customer service! 9/9/2014

I have always had good experiences with Arnold & Sons Plumbing Heating. Most recently, I have had them replace my water heater and toilet. When I call they are always very quick to come out and fit me into the schedule. Their customer service is excellent. more

Arnold to the rescue 9/8/2014

Arnold and Sons Plumbing and Heating was outstanding. We had a problem situation which the drain in our kitchen was backed up. It was a day or two before the fourth of July, and we had family coming. They did a correction within twenty-four hours. It was such a relief to get that kind of help that quickly. My husband dealt with them, and after they were done, he could not stop talking about them. I would highly recommend them to others. They came for a quote, and I was very pleased with the price. They actually waive the quotes when you use their service, and that's what they did. I just had them back today to fix something. more

I couldn't have asked for better professionalism. 8/25/2014

I have used Arnold & Sons twice so far, and both experiences with them have been good. The first time I used their services, they gave me an estimate on the cost of taking a bath out of my home and installing a shower. The second time I used their services was to work on some problems with the drainage in my garage, and they came out to fix that. I was impressed with their customer service. The girls in the office were great to deal with on my only visit to their office. I did not feel like the sales people were gouging me, and they even offered me a Senior discount. I felt like the people at Arnold & Sons had a lot of expertise. They were able to answer my questions and even tell me things I didn't know. I wasn't there for the service itself, but they fixed my plumbing without a mess or anything, so that was wonderful. more

Top notch! 8/15/2014

Arnold & Sons Plumbing Htg. used to do a lot of work for us. Recently, we had them repair a heavy-duty sump pump. They diagnosed the problem and made sure the parts were in the next day so it would start functioning before our next round of rain. Both the office staff and the plumbing team were professional. It took them a while to get to our house the morning we called, but I think they were just particularly busy. Overall, the service was top notch! more

I've used Arnold & Sons plumbing for probably about 5 years. They were the first service we called, and we haven't needed to change them, because they are able to come out whenever we need them. They're customer service is very courteous. Recently they repaired our bathroom. They redid both of the toilets and the water heater. The service went well. more

Pleasant! 8/13/2014

My pipes were clogged so I called Arnold & Sons Plumbing to have them flushed. It was the high end kind of flushing for the sewer lines. So far everything is good. It's the first time I've ever had to have a job like that done, and I'd say it was a pleasant experience. The bill wasn't so pleasant, but that's another story! more

Fast disposal replacement 8/1/2014

I didn't have the tools to fix my garbage disposal, so I called Arnold & Sons Plumbing Htg. They were able to come out the very next day. The technician talked me through the whole process so well that I could do it myself now! The new disposal is a quiet, professional-grade machine. I'm very happy with it. more

They are the best! 7/30/2014

I live in a house that is 85 years old, and Arnold & Sons Plumbing Htg. has redone most of the plumbing. They are so professional, nice and clean. Their bills are always spot on, corresponding exactly with the quote no matter what. I'd recommend them to anybody -- they're the only plumbing company I'll ever use! Jennifer is just the best. She is so sweet, always remembering customers' names. The staff always calls when they say they'll call and comes when they say they'll come -- you know how hard it can be to find that quality. I have nothing bad to say about them! more

I called Arnold & Sons Plumbing Htg. to fix an outdoor faucet that was leaking. They came out to the house within a couple hours, and had it fixed to my satisfaction a couple hours after that. The men were professional and prompt. more

Excellent experience 7/25/2014

Arnold and Sons Plumbing Htg was very professional and empathetic. They put in a new water heater for my mother. The worker told my mom everything that was going on, and he was very helpful to her. The water heater works just fine. more
