I was a first time user of Arnold and Sons Plumbing after finding them online and reading great reviews of their company; unfortunately, my experience with them was anything but great. The tech that came to house was very nice but he seemed to have no knowledge of why he was hired to visit our home, having me reexplain the problems I was having. After already paying a service charge just for coming to our home, he told me how much it would cost to fix the problem I was having before he had even looked at the problem! Then, after looking and telling me that there was no problem at all, he still charged me the total amount it would have been to fix the problem if there had been one! I ended up having to call the management and, after a lengthy amount of time, they finally got back to me and gave me a partial refund of the services of provided. Still though, this experience was a headache and I would not recommend them.
