They are expensive and use a dated sales pitch to bring you in, the only thing unique about it was the timing, we needed to have the senior pics done. They use somewhat dated app...

We were extremely happy with the smooth coordination of photgraphing our large family of 17 members. The photographers knew exactly how to position everyone for the ideal shots and were very good at helping to calm our crying babies and squirmy children. The final shots came out fantastic ! We could not be more pleased. Thanks. more

Well we just cant say enough for your great job. Everyone from Nelly fitting us into the right appointments to Michele working with me through all of htose wonderful photos and helping me narrow down the perfect one. (impossible) and of course, last but not least Billy, how can you make 5 people relax and smile and look good in each picture every time, I just don't know! Thank you more

family portrait done 5/2/2011

We started with Arnold Clark in 2005 for our daughter Katie's graduation pictures and decided we liked them so much we would have our family portrait done. These also were great!!! Now six years later and our daughter Molly is graduating and the family has changed, so more graduation pictures and another family portrait. Again great!!! Our only regret is that we didn't know about Arnold Clark in 2003 when our son Tom graduated more

The photographer took his time 4/27/2011

very professional. My daughter had her senior pics done here. She was chosen from her school and got some discounts. She never asked for a ring or letterman jacket so this was it. The photographer took his time and never rushed her. She was able to make a couple of extra changes without problem. The whole process was very courtious,professional, and fun. They did tell about the extras that you could purchase, but we were never pressured into buying. We said no and that was it. The only thing I would change would be the time you have the proofs. It would be nice to have them a little longer so you can get family together to make choices. more

I will always choose Arnold Clark for all my portrait needs 4/25/2011

My family has trusted Arnold Clark Studio for family portraits for years. Arnold Clark did a great job with my cheer team photos and senior portraits. Billy and Theresa also gave my sister beautiful wedding photos. As a cheerleading coach, I choose Arnold Clark for our team photos because of their high quality and excellent customer service. I will always choose Arnold Clark for all my portrait needs!! more

""I LOVE THE PICTURES. MY 23 YEAR OLD DAUGHTER HAD HER PHOTOS TAKEN AT ARNOLD CLARK IN 2002. BUT RECENTLY MY X TOOK MY 18 YEAR OLD SR. FOR HIS PHOTOS. I WAS TOLD I WOULD NOT RECEIVE ANY PICTURES AT ALL UNLESS I PAID HALF. I AM VERY POOR. I ONLY MADE 7000; LAST YEAR. I AM IN COLLEGE. I TOOK 175; OUT OF MY SAVINGS SO I WOULD AT LEAST GET SR PICTURES. Arnold c larks RAN MY CREDIT CARD AND REFUSE TO GIVE ME MY SHARE OF MY PICTURES. THEY WILL GIVE THEM ONLY TO MY X HUSBAND. ALSO THEY TOLD ME I WOULD RECEIVE A RECEIPT YET I DO NOT GET ONE . FOR ALL I KNOW THEY SENT MY CREDIT CARD INFO TO MY X HUSBAND. SO I SAY GOOD PHOTOS BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. I CALLED TWICE. WORSE YET I HAVE TO PAY YET ANOTHER 135. 300. GETS ME 1 8X10 11 WALLETS AND 2 5X7 AND THEY WONT GIVE ME MY SHARE OF MY PICTURES OR A RECEIPT. HELP"" more

Arnold Clark Studio did an awesome job on our daughter's senior pictures. We were so impressed with the choice of backdrops and settings that they offered. THe photos turned out beautiful ! They must have one of the most well equipped studios in the midwest. more

This studio is a master at this 4/13/2011

We were so amazed by quality of the senior photos taken of our son at Arnold Clark studios ! We wish we had gone there for our older children. THey were able to capture an array of poses which match our son's personality perfectly ! We are so happy with the results. The choice of the settings and clothing were very well directed by the photographer and the photos show it. Incredible quality ! This studio is a master at this. Awesome job ! more

Great job from start to finish 4/12/2011

I had my baby's photo's taken and can't beleive how wonderful the picts were. Not only were the photographers wonderful but the staff was very helpful. Great job from start to finish. Keep up the great work guys! I would reccommend this studio to everyone! more

They took the time to get everyone lined up in the best 4/6/2011

We were extremely happy with the high quality of the photos we got of our family. Over the years we have had many photo sessions, with our 8 children and growing number of grandchildren plus the family dog. The shots recently taken by Arnold Clark are by far the best that we have ever had. The high level of service and professionalism contributed to this. They took the time to get everyone lined up in the best of poses and took ample amounts of shots with different backgrounds. Their studio is amazing ! We will definitely go back next year. more

2002 My husband and I heard Arnold Clark was a fantastic place to get pictures with our little one. I did have a coupon but it was pricey i saw the slides of the pictures i bought 3 my husband was furious because of the price but when we received the pictures it was above and beyond what i expected the glimmer in my sons eyes precious(It is worth every penny!!!! even if I have to save up a little!)Now 2009 we are planning on getting a family fun picture(by the way my husbands idea!) with both of my boys can't wait to see our family picture Very Very excited!!!!! more
