David was the Technician that came over to our home to service us. The phone representatives were very clear and were a big help. When David got here he began work almost immediately. He was found out was was wrong in no time. He was very clean and made sure nothing got dirty while he was working. more

David was an excellent technician from Armstrong Mechanical. He came over on time and serviced my routine maintenance on my air conditioning. He was very professional and knowledgeable of his job, as well as being very informative. more

This company charged my elderly mother for a "free" estimate. She needed a water heater replaced and a tech came out and looked at it for a couple of minutes then wrote up an estimate. Their yellow pages ad says "free estimates on installations" -- what they don't say is that if you can't afford their price quote they will charge you for a $72 service call! My mom is on a very limited fixed income and she could not afford their estimate. EDIT : This company has offered a $72 refund, since the customer service rep did not explain on the phone that there would a service call charge if my mom could not afford the estimate. So at least this company is responsive to customer complaints, and I'm sure they do fine work -- I just think their phone ads are misleading with regards to the "free estimates" claim. more
