Upon entering Arcadya Salon you immediately know that this will be an outstanding experience. The professionalism of the staff and luxurious surroundings makes you feel immediately like a person who will be pampered and all the attention is on you. I have had hair cuts, colors, styles and everything has always been done to perfection. Not only is the hair salon fabulous but also the spa brings you into a different time and place. From facials of all types done to your specifications and how you want them done to massages on the warm heated tables. I suffer migraines and after 1 treatment at Arcadya for a therapeutic lymphatic massage, its as if you are feeling the healing taking place within your body. Their ear coning techniques are also something everybody should have done. At first I was leary about having it done but after 1 treatment it decongested my sinuses and helped with any vertigo sensations. Arcadya salon treats not only the outside of your body but also from within. Recently I was lucky enough to visit Arcadya Salon. It was absolutely amazing. From the time that I called and spoke with Effie to the time I went in and had a service done. Everyone there was so helpful and very nice. The atmosphere is something that I have never experienced anywhere else. Words can't describe what the owner has done to this building. I recommend everyone I know to go there. One of the best spas every! more

The atmosphere is nice, but I cannot say the same for the employees. I could not believe that during my appointment, my hair dresser was also doing another customer's hair! She had booked two appointments at the same time! Customer service is not their strong point, which is sad considering how excited I was to try this place. I will be looking for another salon that will be more respectful and not just be looking to make some extra money. more

I have been going to Arcadya Salon since Joni first opened the salon, in fact I have been with Joni for over 15 years now. I love her work! I always receive tons of compliments! She has developed her salon with an atmosphere of beauty and relaxing in mind. The staff are friendly and helpful, who are willing to answer any questions you may have. I have had a few deep tissue massages @ Arcadia. I have had different female masseuse. Both were very proper, pleasant, eager to please & willing to change things in the environment to make my visit easier to enjoy. (I had her turn off the fountain... There's nothing like trying to relax w/ a massage & having the sound of running water send your bladder into overdrive. : ) Depending on the day, some of the staff had did not have the certification to perform certain spa treatments. Other than that, they were polite as pie. The spa is small & has a very relaxing atmosphere. more
